This Company is a VERY HIGH ********************** I took out an emergency loan for $1500.00 in November 2024. The WEEKLY interest rate was $147.46, On December 18, 2024 they debited my account $147.46. The next day I requested to pay off this loan and it said it was for $1706.83. $206.83 more than the $1500.00 owed. I had just paid the weekly interest of $147.46. I assumed the system would fix any errors or the company would refund the difference. I have emailed over my bank statement and talked to a few representatives. They will not refund my $200.00 difference. On 12/23/24 I took out a $2100.00 loan. 1/2 $139.95 and 1/8 $139.95 service charges and 1/10 $2,121.04 PAID OFF. This is the example of how the previous loan should have been paid off. I am due $200.00 for the OVERPAYMENT on the $1500.00 Loan. Please assist? Thank you.I'm sorry, I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if you have any questions. ************. Thank you in advance.Business Response

I received an email in my spam folder from Bright Lending and the next thing I knew was they approved a loan than I did not even apply for and deposited $1000 into my account. Not sure how they hacked into my bank. After further review and research this place charges high interest rates and I have contacted them with no response on this matter. I just want to return the exact amount they deposited with no more costs. It was deposited on 12/20/2024Business Response

I randomly found a charge from the business in my checking account. Ive never spoken to anyone or set up any loan agreement with this company. When I searched my email, I found an offer email sent, but no record of me ever receiving or speaking to this company before. Their website glitches out in chat so you cant connect with them and their phone numbers ask for your social which I find very sketchy. Extremely hard to get in contact with anyone to find out how they got in my bank account and refund.Business Response

I scheduled a pay in full on October 15th for $963.52 that would finish my loan on October 16th. Upon checking my account the morning of the 16th I found an extra charge of $102.19. I call customer service and their supervisor told me that it is from a returned payment, returned payments take 3-5 business day to return to the customer, that has accumulated some interest. The returned payment, which was $70.20, was from October 11th meaning I stacked over thirty dollars in interest in less than seven days... Then they go on to explain that I have a payment scheduled for October 18th that they cannot stop and it will not cover my current balance so I need to wait another 3-5 days after the 18th to pay my remaining balance... which they cannot tell me what the remaining balance will be because they know I will stack an insane amount of interest while their system "processes" the payments. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND I got a small five hundred dollar loan because I was in a bind and needed money asap for my family. But no matter how bad things may seem, you will make things 10x worse if you accept any type of credit through Bright Lending no matter how small. I have already paid ******** for a loan amount of FIVE HUNDRED!!!!! It's expensive being poor. Do not borrow from Bright Lending.Business Response
