    Purchased a software tool from company with the purported use of exporting contact data out of ********* Outlook into Thunderbird Email (another email client app). The tool was exporting data, but the data was not readable in Thunderbird. I spent three hours with their tech support and they confirmed that they could reproduce the issue on their end with the latest version of Thunderbird. I asked for a refund, since based on their stated refund policy if their tech support is unable to solve an issue and I cannot make the product work as intended, a refund is eligible. They made the claim that since the exported data was readable outside of Thunderbird, that their product worked correctly, even though the tool is advertised as enabling a data transfer for my email client. They made a second attempt at helping me export my outlook contacts into Gmail, for which I have no use, so I refused.As of now, I have received no use for the program itself, and am unable to receive a refund. I would like BBB to plead my case for a refund.
