    I wanted to leave a very positive review for Hallmark Hyundai service department. I really appreciate the kind of service I received from them. They went above and beyond to assist me with my new car's issues. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership. It is a wise choice! Thank you.

    I purchased a jeep wrangler on 2/10 from your dealership. Your trade in guy must have thought he could pull on over on me because I am female. The amount I was first shown for my trade was a slap in the face. I was already losing respect for your dealership at that point and then he was magically able to do more on the trade. I do understand business and know that everyone has to make money somewhere but to present a number that low was a joke. I know exactly to the penny the cost to fix the minor front end damage on an otherwise well kept all leather 3rd row seat Toyota 4Runner. When he tried to use the excuse of the frame being bent I almost used a few choice words at how stupid he thought I was. My step father has his own frame equipment and repair shop. You can’t fool me there!
    Next I was only given 1 key to the vehicle and told I would get another one. This vehicle per the paperwork was supposed to come equipped with a Mopar sunrider for my hardtop. Only the poles were in the bag in the back. I do not wish to drive 2 hours back to your dealership and would like these things handled a local dealership not at my cost.
    Last your finance guy was nice and smooth. He knew how to distract from questions I was asking about cost of extended warranty he was tacking on to a company I did not choose to finance through. He promised me he could match the interest rate that I was given for Keesler. He said this other company had better terms. Had I known the extended warranty was $6000 I would have laughed out loud. I drive my vehicle less than 8000 miles per year as I stated to him so why would I need 100000 mile coverage? I don’t even need the number of years that was offered. At no time was I given a cost breakdown and information for what this high dollar plan would cover or any other options. I know this is part of his commission to upsell this product.

    I feel has if I was taking advantage of. I traded in my Infiniti for new Tucson. Before purchasing it, I was told my payments would be $734.00. After signing and getting home. After a few days later I looked over the paperwork and realized that my payments went up to $814.00, not just that I didn't have any Gap ins. Which I heard him mention Gap ins, and I said great, I had extended warranty which I didn't need for a new car. I called about this, they did remove the warranty, but could not give me Gap ins or lower my payments. They said because once I signed there's nothing they can do. I spoked with the financial institution and they said the dealer would have to make the adjustments. I'm not understanding if they can remove the warranty why is it they can't add the Gap and lower my payments. I'm now going to hurt myself trying to pay for a car that I can't afford. I feel as if I was bamboozled for them not being more clear with me. All I can do now is PRAY, because I do need a car, but I'm done with them and will not recommend them.

    Bought my daughter a 2023 Elantra, the headlight got moisture in it shortly after we bought it. Took it to be fixed with visible moisture, told us that another tech would have to look at it and we would have to bring it back. Got a recall on the car took to be fixed and asked them to fix the headlight again and told us that we would have to bring back and leave overnight to see the moisture. Granted they have already seen it the first go round and we live over an hour away from the dealership. I have bought a lot of new cars but have never had such poor service.

    Ms. ********, we understand your frustration. It sounds like the process we need to go through should have been explained to you in more detail. Our service manager has been trying to reach you to do that so hopefully you can connect soon. We are required to remove the light and leave it in the sun for 5 hours per the TSB. There is no way around this and that should have been better explained so you could have planned appropriately. I am sure when you connect with our service manager he can make this up to you in some way.

    This is a public service announcement. If you are ever in need of a new vehicle, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HALLMARK HYUNDAI. We had a small chip in the clear coat on the bumper of our 2022 Tucson and took it to get fixed. To make a VERY long story short...4 months and 7 trips to the dealership later, we still don't have it repaired. Not only did they not fix the clear coat on the bumper, they have damaged the front passenger bumper, driver's door and interior of our vehicle. They sent it to **** ***** * **** and then *******'s in Flowood where it has been for months. We have reached out to Hyundai North America and the dealership won't respond to them either. The entire experience has been a complete nightmare and I see no end in sight. Do yourself a favor...RUN, do no walk away from this dealership!

    Mrs. ********, like most Hyundai stores, we do not have a body shop and must outsource that work to companies that specialize in that. Unfortunately we can not control the turn around time when the vehicle is not with us. We are happy to step in to facilitate communication with *******.
    You have refused to meet with us at *******’s. *******’s has admitted to causing the other damage you are mentioning. We have tried to help every step of the way so that your repair could be warrantied. We can not please everyone and although we have tried it sounds like that will not be possible. We do not ‘employ’ *******’s, you asked us to take your car there.

    For some reason they will not return your calls or text messages say they will call right back but don’t.What do you call someone who says they will do something but don’t?

    We spoke to Mr. ***** and talked through his concerns, he seemed satisfied with our discussion and said he was removing the BBB complaint.
