5 starsIt took about 1 1/2months to get into my apartment.
I worked with ******, she was very helpful in the process and kept me updated on what the next steps would be to finish my application.
I am so grateful for the team at Anson park apt and for my new home!
There are some good things happening here!

1 star*** from Ryan's Crossing in Marshall Texas. That women is pure evil. She knew me and my kids would be homeless because I spoke with her letting her know I had given my notice and moved out of my house. She assured me I would be approved it's just a long process. It took almost two months for me to get approval. I had a section 8 voucher I was using from ******** ******* ********* in Marshall Texas. Mind you I moved from Delaware to Texas to use the voucher *** did a bait and switch
I guess she thought I would be desperate and take whatever. They forced me to get utilities on before I could schedule an inspection. I went to see the unit I was getting and I was appalled. It was filthy, the walls and kitchen countet had some sort of super shine and the walls looked like the projects. Rocky and gravel walls with a super shine. Now they showed me a very nice house. Unfortunetly that one was taken. After two months of waiting to get approved, moved out my house gave away all my furniture. Just to end up with nothing
I was so hurt and sad I just gave up. My kids didn't want it and neither did I. We are now in a hotel and homeless. I'm currently trying to find a way to get my kids in school without a permanent residence. I lost my voucher it expired and the housing authority would not let me pick another apartment somewhere else. Sad, I trusted the process and now I'm literally homeless. Gave up everything for the move and now I have nothing. No house or anything.Wilhoit Properties, Inc

1 starI have lived at Hardin Terrace Apartments in Jefferson,Georgia 9 mos and it has been pure "****". I moved into this apartment with the assumption that I was moving to a good area according to maintenance who I asked about this particular apartment before I moved in considering I'm on a fixed income and disabled, and wanted somewhere I wouldn't need to heal from that causes anxiety and emotional distress. The noise level is so unbearable, from the music coming through the walls at 3:00 & 4:00 in the morning, to the domestic disturbances that are on the stairwells and neighbors letting their kids play ball in the apartment hitting the walls, moving furniture at all ends of the night/morning after quit time which is supposedly after 10pm. To the kids and adults running up and down the stairwells. The management has changed 5 times since I resided here, and nothing even police reports have made them look into the numerous complaints. I have had a water leak twice and my tub has been stopped up since living here and nothing has been done. I have also had to call the fire department due to a faulty battery and still months later maintenance has not replaced it and I'm sure that is a safety precaution.
