The business was very specific about what they were going to provide. They did not provide, and after I called immediately, they told me Ineeded to wait 12 months for a refund. I waited past 12 months and then when I requested a refund, they denied me. They sent me a ridiculously bogus email with a reason that was not correct for why they could not refund my money. In general, thisbusiness is corrupt and not reputable. I am reporting them because I dont want anyone else to have to suffer the same consequences. They should be reported ,and should no longer be allowed to be in business. I will include said email and information as evidence.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed this file in order to respond. In the sales call it was made clear this was a 12 month program and that the purchase can be refunded upon a closed transaction. The immediate call being referenced happened several weeks into the program and involved a request to cancel early - there was not a conversation about something not being provided. Any refund request that does not involve a sale would be subject to a addendum - and the terms of this customers addendum called for a number of things on the customer side that did not happen, to include updating leads. If there is a sale generated from the leads provided, a refund is still possible. If the customer has any questions or concerns regarding this please reach out to customer support.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
I did follow up with all of the leads continuously. This company lied. I was not the only agent to receive these leads. In their advertising, it specifically states there is only ONE agent per region. NOT true. Lie. These leads were not verificad leads. One lead only spoke Korean. How is this a viable lead? Every single person I called had no idea why I was calling, had no intention of buying or selling a house. These were cold calls at best, not leads to be paid for.
This company is bogus and so are their leads. It is fraudulent and I dont want anyone else to fall into the same mistake I made. I was told if I waited a year, I could receive my money back. I did so, and I want my money back. This company is not following through on its word. I did everything I was supposed to do. And then after a few months, the leads dried up - they werent even any to follow up on. How am I supposed or make a sale with nothing to go by???? I sold two properties this year of my own volition - no help from this company. This was a giant waste of my money and I want it back. I will be reaching out to a lawyer.
Sincerely,

My Name is ******* ******* and a I high producing real estate agent.I " enrolled " for HIGH QUALITY lead generation from House Jet on Feb 12th ***** because they promised that. The only thing I was interested in was QUALITY, CONSISTENT lead generation as I already have/ had an existing CRM system , website, coaching and everything else for my *********** Business. I signed up with the Promise that I would receive 8 + HIGH QUALITY leads for home sales or purchases every single month which is ALL over their advertising. As soon as they got my money, I could tell right away that something was NOT RIGHT about this company. Everytime you needed to access your "dashboard" or to contact support or get HELP from the company you were REQUIRED to " accept terms " just to get in and it took DAYS for them to get back to me to address my concerns. On Feb 22nd 2025, only 9.5 days after they took my money, I asked for a refund immediately. I received no response from the company till the 28th where they denied my request. Prior to asking for a refund, I also called them and sent them an email on 2/14/25 telling them that the "ads" that they said they used to try to capture leads high quality leadswere terrible and that I was unhappy with the quality of the Ads they said they used and the lack of target marketing. I also requested to SEE the "ACTIVE " ads they were running and none were ever provided to me so I don't even know if they ever actually ran LIVE ADS. From Feb 12th - March 12th 2025, I received only 2 leads. One lead was designated as a lead looking to "rent an apartment" Not looking to buy or sell a home, the other lead none of the contact info was valid. Also at this time I found numerous other realtors who were also not getting what was advertised by the company, the same thing that was happening to me was happening to them as well very little, poor quality leads with no responses, no conversions, no sales, no activity at all.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and this complaint prompted a file review. It appears that this customer has previously initiated a bank dispute to which this business took time and effort to respond to. The customer purchased a year long program with a conditional refund policy - however - the system was abandoned shortly after sign up and after the business invested employee time and hard costs in crafting the customer's system and campaign. This customer was receiving **********************/ the benefit of the bargain and service according to the agreed to terms and conditions. If the customer wishes to discuss account reactivation they are welcome to contact customer service.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I asked to cancel this advertised lead generation program because right away I could tell this was a scam. After over 30 days I received only 2 leads . Everywhere they advertised at least 8/11 highly qualified leads a month. The two leads I actually receive were junk ( fake contact info) I complained about the ads they were using to capture these so called leads and knew right away there is NO WAY these ads would produce what this company claimed to do . As you can see from the countless of other complaints we are ALL experiencing the same scam from this company. It was suggested to me by the BBB to file a complaint with the attorney general in ********, and explain to them that this is a pattern and a scam. I have already had an initial call with them and they will be opening up a case. Not only do they scam you out of LARGE sums of money . They also require you to pay a hefty monthly fee, which they never disclose upfront to access their crappy program and fake leads. Everything about this is predatory business practices and you have stolen so much money from Hard working people. I dont know how you look at yourself in the mirror. There are hundreds of people who have fallen victim to this scam and its also shameful that at this point the BBB still certifies this scam . Karma will come back to you. See you in court !

As was previously indicated this customer purchased a 12 month program and did not - at the time requested - qualify for a refund. This was litigated through the processor who sided with the business - evidence was presented and there was no finding of "scam" or other libelous terms being used. The business does note that the customer has indicated they will see us in court and so we will look towards that venue and conclude the conversation in this forum.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:If you go to the internet and ******** House Jet" you will see that they CLEARLY and BLATENTLY advertise being a lead generation comapany. they CLEARLY advertiese 8-11 " HIGHLY QUALIFIED " leads a month to their realestate customers. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN! If you do happen to get any leads at all they are complete trash and fabricated bot leads. You have a so called " telephone " meeting with them where they promise you all theses things and deliver none. They Bet on the consumer then going through their 45 page contract that actually states that they ARE NOT a lead generation company. SO this company knows how to tell you one thing then draw up a lenghtly contract saying another, hoping you trust them NOT TO READ the actual contract. They know exactly how to trap you and keep your money. On top of that while on the phone with them, they neglect to tell you about the ongoing monthly fee of nearly $100 you have to spend. ... SO YES once people find out that this company is blowing smoke and using predatory actions they do not choose to continute to pay even more money to a compnay that does not provide what they advertise. Again predator. It is really on the level of a class action at this point. I asked for a refund within 9 days because it was clear that the leads and service they provied was trash. Look at all the other complaints on here. We all have the same situation with this company. The common Denominator is this terrible company called House Jet.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against ************************** regarding a fraudulent transaction that occurred on January 2, 2025. I signed up with the company under false pretenses, as I was misled by a fast-talking sales representative who charged me a $4,000 deposit, assuring me that it was fully ************* no point during the transaction was I informed of any conditions or restrictions on the refund process. I was simply told that the deposit would be refundable. However, after providing my credit card information, I later learned that there are numerous stipulations attached to receiving a refund. This information was never disclosed to me during the sales call, and I was led to believe the deposit would be returned without issue.Despite canceling my account with ************************** prior to receiving any leads or services, I have made several attempts to resolve the situation and have requested a refund of the $4,000 deposit. However, there has been no effort on their part to address my concerns or issue the ********* addition, after conducting further research, I found numerous BBB reviews that describe similar deceptive practices by **************************, indicating that I am not the only person who has been misled by this company.Given these circumstances, I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in securing the full refund of my $4,000 deposit. I believe that Housejet.coms actions are fraudulent, and I am hoping that the BBB will take the necessary steps to ensure that I am refunded in full.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and the resolution of this issue. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information or documentation.Business Response

The service provided anticipates 12 months of product use as directed & this customer did not complete the requisite time on the service. This matter has been previously covered in a bank dispute. I met with the Housejet representative who never had me sign an agreement nor lay out terms, but insisted that the money was refundable and that I was guaranteed quality vetted leads at a rate of 8 per month. The number of leads was 3 over the first eight weeks, and everyone of them was absolutely worthless. Only one of the three spoke with me and she had dimentia and had simply clicked on something. The sales process was deceptive and their promises worthless.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously - this submission prompted a file review. The service and conditional refund policy contemplates 12 months of active customer use with lead activity logged and reported. It appears the issue in this account was that there were only a handful of logins in total - with periods of inactivity long enough to freeze/lock marketing. Any issues with leads or lead numbers should be reported to customer service so that we can best help the customers campaign. HouseJet presents itself as a legitimate service, but dont be fooledthey are nothing more than a predatory company designed to take your money with false promises. They claim they can help generate leads and even guarantee a refund if you dont see results. Spoiler alert: That refund will never come.Their so-called service is a joke. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then disappear when you try to hold them accountable. Good luck getting a straight answer from their support teamif you can even reach them! They will string you along with excuses, ignore your refund requests, and do everything in their power to keep your money. This company thrives on deception, preying on real estate professionals who are simply looking to grow their business. Instead, youll be left with empty promises, wasted time, and a lighter ********* yourself a favorstay far away from HouseJet.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have performed a file review in order to respond to this communication. The customer takes aim at the conditional refund policy however it appears that in this instance the customer's account registered as abandoned and locked on many instances as well as a serious lack of lead updates/follow up - both very important conditions. The conditional refund anticipates proper use - as the business is making a marketing investment and the conditional refund policy as well as the terms strongly encourage the customer to follow these guidelines. We wish this customer the best. If they wish to discuss anything further they are welcome to contact support - of which there is a strong record of communication and responsiveness.Initial Complaint

I wanted to share my experience with HouseJet PayPerClose because I believe it's important for others to know. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I ended up receiving referral leads that really didnt lead anywhere. *** invested a considerable amount of money into this program and made a genuine effort to make it work. I attended numerous Zoom classes and made many callsover ten attempts, in factreaching out to their referrals. While I didnt log every single attempt on their website, it was often challenging to do so between driving, spending time in the hospital with my dying husband, and managing my own work. Yet, I was committed to trying because I had high hopes.Regrettably, I found that most of the referrals did not answer my calls. At this point, I felt that I would have had better luck just randomly calling numbers from a phone book! It was disheartening that the leads didnt even include basic information. On a more positive note, I recently decided to work with a different lead company that charges significantly less. They actually conduct a scrubbing phone call and provide a recording, allowing you to know exactly what the lead is looking for. In just two months with them, Ive already secured two listing appointments.Unfortunately, my experience with HouseJet PayPerClose left me feeling that they could be viewed as a scam, especially since they dont even offer partial refunds. I feel compelled to share my story with others because I truly believe people should be aware of this business model.Customer Answer

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have performed a file review. This account was subject to a bank dispute initiated by the customer. During a bank dispute funds are reversed and returned to the customer - if the dispute is lost by the customer the reversal is undone and is not a re-billing. I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:While I was still actively working with your company, I sat waiting on a conference call that YOU SCHEDULED. When there was no one from your side after 15 minutes, I wrote an email asking why I was stood up. The reply is attached to this complaint.
**** clearly states that I was LOCKED OUT of my account 15 days prior. Thus, YOU DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES that were necessary to be paid, yet you engaged a 3rd party company to extract the charge 5 months after this was done.
I have made MANY attempts by phone and email to contact you to resolve directly. You ACTIVELY ignored each of my attempts.
Resolution is simple. Give me the refund that I should have since you NEVER PROVIDED THE SERVICES. Your own email states that you LOCKED ME OUT even when I was trying to actively work with you.

I purchased one of their lead programs for a 12 month (on 11/3/23) period that came with a full refund guarantee if I didn't close any of the leads, they said they would send me all the details once my account was set up. They did not, even after asking several times for the rest of the details. I worked every lead that came through their system, was yelled at by many of them because they did not fill out the lead form and didn't know how I got their information. Most of the leads that came through were bogus and didn't have any legitimate contact information. After a year of calling/emailing any of the leads that did have legitimate contact information on a weekly or monthly basis (based on the persons willingness to allow me to continue contacting them) even though most of them were not qualified to purchase a home, or ended up being someone looking to rent (which I don't work with) I requested a full refund as they told me when I signed up that I could do. It's now been months and months of me asking for an update and NOW they tell me I didn't qualify for a refund, even though they never even provided me a copy of the contract or what they "required" to qualify for a refund. I believe they are defrauding their clients by not providing those details up front, and I still expect a full refund from their company.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed this communication.
It is our standard procedure to provide information regarding the conditions associated with our conditional refund policy. It appears that a requested refund in this instance did not qualify for a number of factors (university modules, lead notation/follow up amongst others). If this customer has questions or issues regarding the standard procedures and/or the terms and conditions we ask that they reach out to customer support regarding this and potentially discuss options - which may include appealing the initial determination. Thank you.

I have bene out of town at a conference and was not able to get to all of my emails during the time I was away. When I signed up with their program they NEVER sent a copy of their contract or refund policy even after several requests, so there was NO way for me to know what they expected. I reached out to them several times throughout the time telling them that the leads they were sending were bad and most of the phone numbers and emails coming through were no good. There was 1. no way for me to know they expected certain things to occur while using there service in order to "qualify" for their refund. 2. When I signed up with them via phone, I was told if I didn't get a good lead that closed a sale there was a 100% money back policy 3. The leads I was getting were not worth the time I spent calling, and emailing them, the few I was able to actually talk to were either looking to rent, or rent to own because they couldn't get a loan, or the worst of them just screamed at me and said they had gotten 50 calls from agents already and they never even entered there information and didn't know why anyone was calling them (that happened with probably 25% or more of the leads, and then there was just the bad leads that didn't have legitimate contact information those were about 50% of the leads that came.
This company is a complete sham, and is shady and needs to be held accountable for not providing the information necessary for people using their services to know what must be done for their refund policy or they need to stop using their refund policy (that doesn't seem to actually exist) as a way to get people to use their services.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I had completed the entire training program very quickly after signing up for their program, at that time they DID NOT have ANY information about their refund policy or how to get a refund or what was required, at NO TIME after I completed the program did they reach out to me to say they had added content or that it now included information regarding their refund policy, NOR was I ever provided a copy of any contractual agreement from them stating any of their policies regarding refunds, even after I requested it. I do expect a full refund from this company but even if I do not receive it, I will not accept any of their responses, and will be sure to share with every single real estate agent I ever come into contact with, that they are a complete scam and for them to stay far far away from them.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed the customers file in order to respond to this communication.
It appears that at this time, and consistent with the conditional refund addendum attached - this customer does not currently qualify for a refund. Our system shows 34 leads in 3/4 months which is consistent with goal. Any issue to out of bound leads would just need to be noted and marketing can remedy and adjust. It is our understanding through communications and messages that there has been a banking dispute registered - if so we will continue this discussion in that format. If not we welcome the customer to have a discussion with support in order for marketing to make any adjustments that may be helpful.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because this is a fraudulent company who I no longer wish to engage with.I was promised "qualified local leads one agent per territory" "high quality referrals". However, the leads we have received have been consistently of extremely poor quality and, more concerningly, appear to be originating from out of my area & places I have never herd of.This is a direct violation of our agreement, as we specifically required leads within my local service area. The out-of-area leads are entirely useless to my business and have resulted in a significant waste of time and resources. To support my claim, I have documented the following issues:Evidence of Out-of-area poor quality leads.Lack of Lead Quality to include Incorrect contact information, No interest in my service, Not even close to my preferred zip as advertized & is still being advertisedI have attempted several times as shown above to get this issue resolved it is a complete money grab as they spent all my money marketing to other agents to attrack them to this scheme that has been going on far to long & certainly doesnt deserve a A rating from Better Buisness. I believe that House Jet practices are fraudulent and misleading. The delivery of out-of-state leads, contrary to our agreed-upon terms, constitutes a breach of contract and has caused significant financial harm to my business.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and assist me in obtaining a full refund of $3,584 I am prepared to provide any additional documentation or information that may be required.I have attached copies of the following documents:invoices/emails/fake advertisment.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because I have documentation of several times I have emailed & called to resolve these issues. I was mortified when support suggested I refer out the out of area leads as thats the whole reason I signed up was to recieve refferals not give them to agents I dont know in areas I've never herd of. They are a completely fraudulent company & do not deserve a A+ rating by BBB! I DEMAND A REFUND
Sincerely,

The leads are ****, and as soon as I got in, before they even started any marketing, I told them I wanted to cancel and they told me they would not give my money back. Their advertising was deceiving, and they said that since I "activated" my account I couldn't get my money back. I'm not happy with the service and I would like a refund.Customer Answer
