I am writing to file a formal complaint against HEG US *** (Server4You) regarding their refusal to issue a refund for the basic fee paid for their services. Additionally, I have pointed out that similar services from other providers, such as WHI, Hetzner, and ReliableHost, have not presented any of the aforementioned problems. Therefore, it is evident that the fault lies with [HEG US *** (Server4You) and their inability to provide a functional and reliable service.In response to my refund request, HEG US *** (Server4You) has cited an exemption for the setup fee, which is not applicable to my situation.
