1 starCrippling experience for our business. Dedicated 18 months and the increasing of budgets along the way based on Drives recommendations with absolutely no ROI. Extremely dissatisfied. Was promised 3X return within the first 3 months and was strung along with unfulfilled promises while under contract. It has been months since we separated with Drive due to non performance/no ROI. I am still reeling from the over $100,000 invested into empty promises and no ROI. Drive did not fulfill their obligation of the contract. The turnover was disappointing as we had to educate Drives new hires/individuals with every new ***. ******* sales *** was ahit and run, never hearing from him again. I would never recommend Drive Social Media to any business. It almost put us under. When putting pressure on Drive due to the non performance, they did not want to take responsibility. Disgraceful and unethical. This loss has affected employee bonuses and the company as a whole. Marketing dollars certainly could have been better spent elsewhere to grow our business, instead we were flatlined with Drive (DSM). It still stings, feels like robbery. I rarely write reviews however, I wouldnt want another business owner/team to endure such a great loss.Drive Social Media

They understood our vision and carried out the plan with excellent results. It does take time and patience for the first 90 days, and it was challenging, but all the hard work has certainly paid off. 1 starThis company has terrible business practices. They have a representative call you for an appointment and commit to an appointment and then the representative does not show up.
