The marketing team from Drive Social Media truly cherishes my brand, as they have been part of it for a few years now. I used to struggle with sales conversion, but the marketing team helped me understand which areas I needed to focus on. They truly care about my business and have always exceeded my expectations in handling campaigns. Now, my business is doing greater than ever. Thanks, Drive Social Media for partnering with me. They are the most unethic incompetent company I have ever worked with. After allowing this organization to attempt to provide marketing support for our company and falling, they would not let us out of our contract. We then honored the timeframe listed on the contract - which sucked because that can't grow sales at all. They still ended up suing us. This is why they have so much employee turnover and everyone quits there. They know that their business practice is completely unethic. Do not do business with them. ****** calls and calls, sometimes twice a day. My administrator asked what his call was for and he said, "I am working with the owner", when she explained she was an owner, ****** quickly said he would call the owner on his cell. I took this last call this morning and have never spoken with or worked with ******. I have all ******'s contact information, he hedged at telling me the corporate structure, I will be contacting his corp. office in *********, ** and MO Consumer Affairs, and will post this on any and all review sites I can find. Signed an agreement with them In January 2020 to handle all my social Media. The pandemic hits and 2 months later and all restaurants close. I contact them telling them we will just delay the plan, as there's no sense in advertising while we are closed. Didn't matter to them. They auto-charged my bank account for $3600 monthly and continued to do so even after I made them aware. They did no work, did not advertise, yet made sure they got their payment no matter what! Drive Social Media truly delivers what they promise. i have used them for our advertising and social media campaigns since the start of 2022, and now over 30% of my gross sales consists of NEW customer transactions thanks to their hard work. My team is headed by ******** my account manager, based out of their *****, ** offices and it has truly been a pleasure. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to help my company grow have surpassed our expectations. The rest of the team consisting of ***** ******* and ***** are amazing. Calls incessantly and does not take no for an answer. Will call back to back until you pick up. Have told them several times that I am not interested in their services and yet they control call.I hope they are not preying on other small businesses trike this.
