      Never in my life have I seen a pharmacy so incompetent. They give you different stories on why your medicine is late and gives you the dumbest excuses on why your medicine is taking so long to be filled. The supervisors are useless and don't even know how to lie. Who calls the doctor the day of delivery but cannot explain why the doctor needed to be called or why they would wait til the last minute to call to ship your prescription. If you van help it never go to this pharmacy the incompetence is ridiculous

      This is a terrible company. I have now gone without my medication for several days. Every time I call, they say they don't have the prescription. My doctor has sent them the prescription three times. Today, they said I need a prior authorization, even though my doctor already sent a prior authorization. Please somebody investigate this company! They are hurting real people!!

      My insurance switched this year to Accredo. They are the most incompetent people I have ever seen. It took me 30 days to get a prescription. Numerous phone calls have been made. My refill was supposed be here today and they are once again telling me lies. The worst

      I wish I could give them zero stars. For three weeks straight I was trying to get my medication refilled. I had switched insurance companies and they told me it would take seven days for the prescription to go through. Well, here we are almost 3 weeks later, and nobody knows whats happening. I have not taken my medication in over two weeks and again, nobody seems to have a concern. They keep asking me if I want to talk to a pharmacist about missing my dose. What is the pharmacist going to know about missing my medication? They have none of my medical history nor would I think a pharmacist is qualified to deal with a chronic medical condition. I have spoken with five leadership members and countless customer service representatives. Each leadership representative tells me they will call me back with a status; but they never do. Im going to contact my insurance company to see if there is another male pharmacy that I can use instead of this garbage company. I do plan on filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have already consulted an attorney regarding the negligence of this company.

      Express Scripts has changed the sign in to their App to 2 steps. I sign in with a username, and a password now they want to send me an additional password in order to sign in. WHY? I am an 81 year old widow and this additional sign in is difficult for me. I wish I could change pharmacies !!!

      Terrible terrible horrible awful service. 5 hours, 8 calls all of which ended with your meds are scheduled for delivery. Every time I checked, after missing doses, it would show the delivery was not scheduled leading to another hour on the phone. I checked the automated line today even though a supervisor said it was scheduled and the recording said it was scheduled. A nurse called about a routine follow up and I told her what was going on and she checked only to find that it was not scheduled. Another hour on the phone and I have been told once again it is scheduled. We will see. They used to be hood but it seems like they hired a bunch of high school drop outs lately. The system doesnt work.

      I've been trying for a month to get my medication delivered, and after 12+ hours on the phone, I keep getting a different answer every single time when I try to call and get it delivered. First, it was that they were missing the ** form. Then, they told my doctor's ****** that my insurance was termed (it wasn't). Then, they told me "oh we have the **, but it's filled out wrong (this came after 8 hours on the phone with them trying to figure out why they couldn't get my order through). Then, it was that they had the wrong prescription number. Then, it was that they coded the prescription wrong and would adjust it so it could deliver at the end of the week. It's now 4 days after the "coded prescription wrong" reason, and they're delaying my order again. Does this company not recognize that these medications ensure people can function on a daily basis? I'm outraged with the amount of time I have to put in to get a medication that's important to my daily functioning. Absolutely atrocious.

      I came here to post a review but everything I wanted to say is said below I'm forced suddenly to use Accredo, I have been waiting 2 weeks for my life saving medication I regret every phone call and email interaction, as nothing gets done and all I hear are blame games and excuses its as if they DONT want you to take your "specialty" medication If I worked for Expresss Scripts and or Accredo (they are the same company) I would immediately quit, scrub my resume and pretend none of that foolishness ever happened ************ needs to be shut down

      I started on a medication in September 2022...the name of the medication is Rinvoq....I have had nothing but trouble since then with Accredo which is a subsidiary of Express Scripts....There have been many mess *** with the amounts owed since Sept 22 and I have talked to them everyday for a week, when my med was to be delivered on Feb 7th, and then Feb 8th, and then Feb 9th and now Feb 10th....I was told a different reason every time I called why there was a delay in the delivery...I rec'd an automated call every day this week from Accredo also, stating we are trying to reach you in regards to a delay about your medication delivery....please call as soon as possible...I answered the phone every single time and instead of just calling to talk to me, this automated msg came on telling me to call...I then had to wait on line for long period of times. This place is ridiculous and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
