    Do not waste your time buying from this company they will not respond they will send out crappy phones . Im extremely disappointed with them 1st time was great .. they will send second time I spent more money but the phone is not so great it stop charging and is over heating. 3 rd time reaching out with no response

    I recently purchased a MacBook Air 2017 and an Apple Watch Ultra from PLUG. Regrettably, I have encountered some significant issues with these products. The MacBook Air is experiencing a problem with dislodging keyboard keys, and the Apple Watch Ultra is unresponsive. I am keen to find a resolution to these issues as soon as possible. If they are not addressed, I may consider REMOVEDfor acquiring these products. In an update, I have already had to repurchase a different version of the MacBook Air, specifically the M1 model, directly from Apple. Moreover, I find the return process provided by PLUG to be unsatisfactory. In light of these complications, I believe a refund is warranted. I intend to pursue this matter until a satisfactory resolution is reached. I hope this situation will prompt an improvement in the company's integrity and business practices.
