      They call my number at least 1 time a day. They never leave a message has want this call is about. All they will say is call back on the number that they give you. If i don't know what the call is about, i am not going to call them back or answer the phone. These people are cruel and will not stop calling, if i owe a debt then let me know who and what it is about. Medicredit, I will not answer the phone when you call, and you can stop with the calls already.

      My elderly mother received calls demanding payments for alleged debts for my father. When I called them back with reference number, they refused to provide information back to the alleged creditor to send a bill for services they claimed were unpaid. They also refused to let me know who they were representing so I could call to clear it up or get it paid. It sounded a lot like scammers trying to take advantage of elderly. Other reviews here add weight.

      10 calls a day is a tad excessive. Especially when Ive said NUMEROUS times they have the wrong number!! Ive blocked numbers, and it just comes from a different one.

      I received a letter stating I owed a hospital for services however the hospital does not have a record of any unpaid bills nor did I receive a billing from the hospital. Although the amount is not large, under $200, I nor the hospital have a record of delinquent bills.

      Calls me repeatedly during the work hours for an exs debt that I have no liability tor. Has no website and theres multiple different addresses listed, so no isea which to send the cease and desist to. On top of all of that, wont ever answer return calls.

      This company has a horrible business practice i tried several times to pay on their online portal to ensure the calling would stop. They have no record of my payment even though I have paid it.

      I received a bill from them for $80.13 for a hospital procedure. ******** and my insurance paid their part and evidently this was part of the deductible. At NO time did I EVER receive a bill from ******************************. This took 3 phone calls to Medicredit, a mailed "Itemization of ****************** when I asked for the actual invoice or bill showing the ******************** payments, which they told me they did not have (hence the 3rd phone call), I had to go back to my insurance company to get an EOB because for some reason it was not visible on their website! Is this the new normal for corporate hospitals? Seems like a lot of work for $80.13, how is this even profitable?

      Medicredit needs to re-train their employees. I have no debt with them to collect and I've told them to not call me again. I receive a phone call every day. Now, I have to file harassment. In no way should anyone answer a call with vital/personal information. In writing is the ONLY legal way.

      These people blow me up for a medical bill that was paid by my insurance because the hospital messed up the claim. I have been fighting with this for over 6 months now and its real old.. one more call I am suing for harassment! See below!Yes, my name is ******* with ********** Blue Shield of ************************* We were speaking last night I've regarding a claim from data service 11 14 of 20 2 3 so I had called the billing department for the hospital and spoke with ***** and so she is going to send the claim back to their denial department for them to review this information because you don't you don't owe anything at this time. She said to allow 30 days For this review and then you can call them back at the eight or actually 1 8 4 4 9 7 4 3 8 0 0 0 and they have correspondence with Medi credit so Medi credit will see the notes And you can disregard both statements for now

      I called them because the hospital I was dealing with told me to because the bill that they had was actually paid on the night of service, the hospital is working on it to fix the balance they told me to call to tell them we no longer want the calls since it is being resolved, and would take time through the hospital to get through to them, so I called them to let them know I would like them to stop calling my son and they said that he would have to call because he is an adult even though I am responsible for the bill and the hospital specifically told me to call they are calling my son 3-4 times every day and he is in school and has no time to do much of anything. The lady argued with me and I was definitely not happy because calling that many times a day is now considering harassment.
