      Individually and as a company we rent from Enterprise frequently. However, the last 2 rental experiences have been horrible to the point that leaves us no choice than to go though the BBB platform for the management team to wake up and be accountable for their mistakes, poor customer relations and most importantly, lack of integrity. I have gone through all the channels available to have my issues resolved and have not received any response nor even an apology for the unprofessional behavior by the management team whatsoever. I have only experienced childish behavior, rudeness, cockiness and egotistical behavior from the staff at two separate locations. It has been a nightmare and cost our company a loss of almost $2,400 and it seems like a joke to this company as they treat it like "We have your money so go somewhere else". This experience was embarrassing and a huge inconvenience to our company to the point that we almost lost an employee and a high profile client due to the behavior of the staff starting with management at the branch all the way to the Coorporate level. Next we will file a grievance with the BBB and hope that maybe the leadership team will be willing to take some accountability and deliver better customer service and redeem themselves so we dont take our business elsewhere. Only reason we still rent from enterprise is because there a few locations we have been renting from that do an outstanding job, with integrity, great communication and accommodate their clients to the best of their ability. We have been receiving a monthly rate the when we rent trucks for the business for a certain rate. last two times they acknowledged that from our records and said they would honor it, but after finding out they charged me a lot more than that I voiced my concerns and they discredited all my claims and wont respond. They have sent tow trucks to our job sites and embarrassed our staff whole threatening me that car would be reported stolen daily. Horrible

      I was given a car that had bad brakes and rotors my five-year-old son and my elderly mother-in-law. Were in the car. We are truly blessed that we did not get in an accident, and I am here to tell the story enterprise should know care or compassion when calling them from the side of the road to let them know the brakes were bad. I was told that they asked their customer upon dropping off cars if there is any issues if the customer says no and they just clean it and run it to the next person. I am highly highly upset with enterprise and will never use them again, and will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how unsafe their cars truly are

      I rented a car from them at the ***************. I drover to *******, ** to attend The Masters. I came out of a restaurant to find the car missing. I see it on the back of a tow truck across the lot. After chasing down the truck they didn't stop. The Sheriff on site called it in and told ** it had been repo'd and he couldn't do anything. After 20+ calls, tweets etc. 41 days later I get a call telling me it was my fault the car was towed. I am only trying to get my items from the trunk back to which I am told, not their problem he can't help. I waited 41 days to be told "tough luck" ************ is a joke!!! WHO HAS THEIR RENTAL CAR REPO"D?????

      Worst experience ever at the *************, ***** location. ****** manager put me in the last rental vehicle they supposedly had left that was arranged through my insurance company. Well to make a long story short failed to disclose this was an elite SUV that I would be responsible for almost ***** more to what my insurance was being billed per day. So multiplied by 15 days not a happy camper considering information was never disclosed. When inquiring about charges being deducted from account told me was being rude and hung up on me. Placed a call immediately to corporate office now going on 2 1/2 weeks no response. No wonder their reviews are horrible seems it is acceptable and a norm for this organization.

      Do not rent from these idiots . I rented a Car for a day. Returned it was told my deposit would be refunded In 1-3 days .. 11 days later I still dont have my deposit returned . They have told me 4 separate times they have refunded my deposit to wait another 2 days . And another 2 days . And now today they say their system doesnt have access to that and I have to call a different number tomorrow. Scam artists ! The car I paid for was a full size car they gave me a compact piece of junk to boot! Garbage business!!!

      We worked with ************************** and ******** in buying a car from Enterprise. They were all very helpful and we feel confident that if we have future problems, they will assist us!

      Very professional staff and excellent customer service. I needed a ********************** car due to a insurance claim and ****** made it happen. I would recommend Enterprise in *********, ** they work hard and are very helpful.

      Trash. Avoid at all costs. One two separate occasions, I made a reservation with a call ****** agent over the phone (the option to speak to my local Enterprise wasn't given) just to be told by the employees at the first location, in person, that there were no cars available. The second employee called me about an hour after the reservation was made to inform me that there were no cars available. So I asked him, "why do you bother to make reservations if you don't have any cars"..he said it's the call center that does it ALL THE ***** The call center can't see the inventory of the specific location, yet they make a reservation any way. Then he told me I had to press *(star) in order to get routed to the direct line --WHICH WAS THE NUMBER I CALLED TO BEGIN WITH. But hey, you should have just assumed * would get you to your local rep.In other words, they know there is a problem, yet they continue to do the same disservice over and over again.All they have to do is either route the call directly to the location you're trying to rent from, or, give inventory access to the call center rep-- both options would allow the caller real-time availability and accurate information.

      Not very accommodating for someone who is traveling and needs a car, don't want to help even if it means employees have to work later. Have used them multiple times and have not had good service.
