    Incorrectly charged my credit card for a charge associated with my former employer. An understandable mistake. However, BoardPaq was notified two weeks ago of the error and has not issued a credit. The response from BoardPaq is "I completely understand" and that apparently the only person that can fix this is out of the office. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
