    Well on Feb 18 2023 I order some items they had on ********* well never again, I have been fighting with this company to either return the money to my credit card, or send me the ***** Shirt that I never received.I never looked into this company, until now. I am going to contact the ********************* here in ******* and let them know about this company. Being from ******** where I now found out this company is from ********, ******** before I am done with this company they are going to know you don't want to make another Missourian mad. I am also going to contact my Attorney here in ******* to see what can be done. I have tried to called *************************, to talk with him and was given the run around. Well no more calling Discover Card Monday April 29, 2024 and letting them know about this episode. And contacting META who now owns ******** and let them know of this Company Dotcomproducts.com are not to be trusted. If I can **************************** will know about me. ************************************ (****)I am Widow of ****************************** who served his country for 41 years in the *** COL Retired.All they had to do is mail me my shirt. And they have fail to do that. I know time has lapse, but they got paid from my credit card and I received no SHIRT. so either refund my money or mail me the ***** 2024 SHIRT MAKE LIBERALS CRY AGAIN XL and I am going to contact the ********, Mo newspaper and if at all possible take out an ad about this company owned by *************************. It would make my day. This company if I can will know me when I am finished.know. I would like to see this company dotcomproducts.com go out of business. They are nothing abut scammers, and be put out of business. I hope after reading this people will not buy from ************************* Company DOT COME PRODUCTS.

    I purchased a Light Bulb Camera January 2024. I was not able to install it and I finally hired someone to install it. Installation was completed March 5th. We tested it and it worked for 1 day only. I had a few deliveries in 3 days. The camera did not show anything. I wrote 2 letters (March 7th and 21st) to Dot Com indicating I wanted to return it for credit and to please advise where to return the unit.. It had a one year warranty and I was mistaken to assume $116.90 credit would be issued.Today is April 16th and I have not received any response. I will not purchase anything from Dot Com Products again.

    SCAM on so many levels. First of all the security camera does not give you alerts when there's people in the view of the camera. The only time I ever got alerts was randomly when there was nothing there. Not ever when there was actually someone there, which is why I got the camera.Secondly, they make you buy their SD card but when it arrives it's just a regular SD card that I could have bought on my own for cheaper.Thirdly, when you try to get a refund they pressure you continuously into getting store credit. Once you finally get them to stop offering you store credit they will tell you you have to pay to ship it back yourself. They tell you they will give you half up front and half when you call back with the tracking number. I had multiple issues with the first half of the refund. I had to call back three times and they kept telling me it got "escalated to upper management" because of an issue and to call back later. I finally got the first half of my refund but I had to call several times. Fourthly, when I called back with the tracking number to get the second half of my refund they told me I had to call back once it was delivered. That is not what they told me to do or else I would have waited to call.Very lastly, when you download the app that you have to use with the camera, it keeps telling you you have to get cloud services and it will not let you go forward without getting cloud services which cost about $27 for the year for the basic. When I called to get the refund they said that was not refundable because it was not required. I explained to her that the app would not let me do anything until I agreed to get these services. If I could give them lower than a one-star I would. Didn't water your time and money!

    Just like the many reviews listed I thInk this company is a scam. They advertise no subscription is needed. However to get proper use of the camera you must subscribe to their service. And they never let you forget that fact because it is always popping up when you try to review and footage. Always detecting things quite a distance away. But need to subscribe to get AI to get proper use of the camera even though I bought the ** card. Stay far away from this company. ??

    I keep calling and calling customer service and all I get is your order will ship in 5 to 7 business days. It's been over a month since I ordered. I asked for a refund and they will not do anything to help. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. They say they are a small family business and just starting out . Well they are the worst business in the world. I was told my order will ship after they collect more orders. What in the h*** does that mean. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
