    Crooks. No returns, no refunds, no customer service, non-working lightbulb camera, false advertising. Once you buy it, you own it. Their product works only with WiFi bandwidths that are now obsolete. But they don't tell you that before you buy. Their motto is "you bought it, your taken you are stuck with it.

    Does not work like promised. I call customer service and they connect me to tech department and no one ever answers or calls back. I want to return my product. **************** will not help. I do not recommend this product. Very disappointed.

    Dont even think of buying from them, customer service is horrible. I was on hold for more than an hour and will be waiting forever. Tried online chat same automated message someone will be with you shortly (wait time 4 mins) not sure how many seconds they have for a minute was waiting for ever. Sent email automated email to call the the customer service.

    Every single day during the last 3-4 months my email has been inundated with this company's affiliates, for products and/or services I have never purchased or requested quotes, or other information whatsoever. No matter how many times I unsubscribe, they don't stop, sent under different names for the same products/services. I want my email address to be removed from ALL of their lists and the sharing of any of my private information to be discontinue immediately.

    On March 8, 2023, I ordered the light bulb cams, on sale for $39.00ea.-$29.00.ea the more you buy. I increased the quantity to 10 at $29.00ea. Free shipping offer accessories like 6" extensions asked if I would like to add memory cards 1 per cam well I want the cameras to work, adding them to the order. I was led to believe that the price of a camera would be all-inclusive as each camera would come with a memory card was I in for a surprise Here's my order.

    At check-out, I was not given the opportunity to review my order, and when I noticed the total was $675.25 I immediately checked my account and noticed that the order was not 1 invoice it was 4 different invoices

    I called customer service within 2-3 minutes of placing the order I was told that it would take 3-5 days to cancel the order on the 14th of March I received the package even after I contacted the company on the 11 March telling them not to send the order it is March 22, 2023, on March 17, 2023, I paid to return to sender
