    Complete crap! 100% disappointed with my purchase and i cant even send it back. JUNK!!!You have to pay a yearly fee to access hardware options not ************. and the controle app is a joke. Save your money to start a campfire. cship757

    I placed an order for a couple of security cameras, a couple of SD cards and an extender. After I received the invoice, it was incorrect. I then received another invoice for even more. I called several times to try to get this straightened out and each time I was given a different amount. These guys are shady.

    I bought 2 security camera bulbs, they did not work as advertised on our Orbi mesh wifi network. They took several tries to connect then randomly disconnected. I have made 13 calls to 7 different numbers to only be told I need to speak with customer service, and that they would transfer me, "but just in case we get disconnected here is a number to call" One person said we had to talk with tech support for a return. Finally, was able to speak with tech support, they authorized the return, but then said I would have to speak with customer service to have the Return Authorization emailed to me, once again transferred and disconnected. The number that person gave me wasn't even Dot Com Products. I again called their "customer service" and was told that they are not customer service, they are sales. Was given a different number to call, when I dialed, it showed up as Potential Spam on my phone, that rep said to call back in an hour because the customer service department is extremely busy with sales. Finally remembered that I paid with Paypal. They actually had a different contact number. I called and the refund was handled very smoothly and quickly. Half of the order was refunded right away, was told the other half will be refunded when I call back with the tracking number of the package. I do have to pay to return it. Not a problem at this point. Thank goodness for Paypal.

    This Company needs to be reconstructed from the customer service to the ******************** itself. Their customer service is completely horrible and incompetent. Thinking that they can call your bank to check on a refund? They will hang up on you and avoid assisting you in any manner. They need to be closed down and revamped. It's a disgrace to even think that this is tolerated from any customer service ***** I will never order from this company again and will tell everyone that I know not to order any security equipment from them EVER!!!!!! They deserve a 0 in rating!!!!!!

    I ordered a security camera and then realized they had charged me for insurance that I had declined and shipping which was supposed to be free. I cancelled the order and they honored the cancelation. They are now trying to say my order was delayed and will ship shortly. How do you get rid of this company? I am worried about more charges on my card.

    Definitely a scam company. Once they have your credit card information the party begins. Charged $200 for 3 cameras at the cost of $49.99 back in October. Then charged $21 and change in November and now wake up to another charge of $20.86 this morning.

    This company is the absolute worst!I ordered 3 security cameras from them. I immediately received a text from them, stating that my bank flagged it as fraud. I called them, and told them that I would contact my bank, and call them back. They insisted on calling me back, and I told them No, I would call THEM back. I got busy with other things, and did not call them back. This took place on Dec. 1, 2023. They evidently continued to try to bill my card, and on Dec. 6, I received a text from them, stating that my order had shipped! I was annoyed, but I didn't make a fuss. I received the cameras on Dec. 8, and discovered that they would not fill my needs. (I should also mention that there was no invoice in the box, nor was there an extender that I ordered.) I then sent them an email, requesting a return label or authorization. Several hours AFTER I sent the request, I received an email stating that I should logon to their site for installation instructions, but I did not receive a response to my request. In looking at the other reviews, they're very good about taking your money, but not so good about returns and refunds. I will definitely be filing an official complaint.

    A bunch of liars! Tell everyone you know to AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM! I wish I had seen these reviews first before buying from them. I returned 3 cameras, with proof of receipt.still 30 days later, no refund. They said they refunded my money, showing reference numbers and dates, but still no refund to my account. They also fraudulently charged a monthly subscription $14.95 for some bogus thing and I reported them and canceled my card. AVOID THESE JOKERS.
