Don't waste your money on this extended warranty. They will look for any reason not to cover your car - it becomes borderline illegal how brazen it is. Their contact states the exclusion: "Any losses, damage or expense caused by accidents(s) or alterations/modifications to the Vehicle not authorized by its manufacturer."My claim was in relation to the vacuum lines being cracked on the car. They denied the claim due to the car being tuned. The Audi dealership working on the car reached out to them to clarify that that modification was not at all related to the part that failed. They didn't care then moved the goal post saying that "Any modification will void your warranty". This denial came off heels of the inspector falsely claiming additional modifications that didn't exist (also verified by Audi themselves). I'm not sure if they purposely sabotaged the inspection or just flat our sent an incompetent inspector. After mentioning this discrepancy, I was berated by support who refused to send another inspector out to verify the accusations.Unprofessional, scam, and worthless are the three words that come to mind when I think of Axiom. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Thank you for your review. On 7/20/2023, a claim was opened related to your vehicles electronic power control warning light. An independent third-party inspector was engaged the same day. On 7/26/2023, the inspection report came back finding a failed vacuum line on the passenger side of the engine. Prior inspections of the vehicle noted that catalytic converters and O2 sensors were removed and a tuner was present in the engine. This claim was denied as the above referenced modifications to your vehicle were related to the engine failure at issue. It is important to note that prior claims were paid under your contract because the modifications did not relate to the losses. This claim was denied based on Section L of your Contract: L. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE WHAT THIS SERVICE CONTRACT DOES NOT COVER We will remedy any Covered Mechanical Breakdown of Your Vehicle, except items listed this Section L., as defined, Exclusions from Coverage. This Contract will NOT PAY or reimburse You for: 1. Any losses, damage or expense caused by accident(s) or alterations/modifications to the Vehicle not authorized by its manufacturer.

(1)I am having trouble getting anyone to answer in the claims dept. Both my car repair shop and I call and call and call and wait and wait and wait but no one answers or helps EVER.
(2)Literally, over the last two-three weeks, we have waited for a collective time duration that approaches at least 3-4 hours with not one person ever coming on to answer the call in the claims dept.
(3)Moreover, when you are put in the "cue', a recording runs incessantly every 10-15 seconds telling you " I'm sorry. There is no one available to take your call at the moment. You are being held in a cue and we will answer your call as soon as possible." This process is CLEARLY DESIGNED TO FORCE THE CUSTOMER TO GIVE UP IN TERMS OF GETTING ANY HELP FROM THE CLAIMS DEPT.
(4)To make matters worse, my repair shop, ironically enough was able to get quickly approved to repair my car and actually received a repair authorization number. They repaired the car but now, for some odd reason, can't get anyone to answer the phone from the claims dept so that they can get paid.
      (5) HOPEFULLY, THIS IS NOT AN INTENTIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICE WHERE CUSTOMERS WITH CLAIMS ARE DEEP SIXED INTO A CUE THAT IS NOT ADEQUATELY STAFFED IF STAFFED AT ALL.
      (6) Very frustrating!!!

Thank you for your review. After receiving your cancellation on or about August 24, 2022, Axiom cancelled the contract on your 2018 Tesla Model 3. The refund amount was processed according to the contract terms. Axiom sent the cancellation breakdown to you on January 3, 2023. The $3118.88 refund was based on the unused percentage of miles on your contract. M. This one star is based on the last few months of 2022.
In years past when I spoke to Axiom reps they were friendly and helpful, told me to call anytime with claims issues.
Since October however, both reps I've had the misery of speaking with have been angry, apathetic, condescending and have lied to me. With regard to a current claim they have given me the run around, told me I could submit proof of a suspension problem through email, which I did, 4 videos to be exact, but when I didn't hear a response back I called and emailed. Still no response.
It has been 2 months and today I finally spoke with a human on the phone. Didn't hear his name because of bad connection (he said they've had that connection problem for a year and a half). He was already in a bad mood and he admitted a person can only take so much. So thats how our conversation began, him mad at the world and taking it out on me.
I told him my situation and the last person I spoke to, *****, who I sent the emails to but never heard back from. He said he already had heard 3 other complaints today about her.
After hearing my case, he needed to pause to think and he put me on hold. I can only assume that he went to read the "get out of responsibility at all costs" manual because when he came back his attitude had changed. He was now defending *****, making excuses for no one contacting me in the last 2 months, and talking out of both sides of his mouth. Basically it's up to me to solve this issue which is ultimately between the dealership and Axiom. Except that the dealership said I needed to reach out to Axiom and Axiom is telling me to reach out to the dealership. So basically I both am and am not responsible for everything at the same time. Argggggggg!!!!! So I asked if someone from Axiom would call the dealership and explain what needs to be done. He said he had already made a bunch of dead-end calls like that this morning and his only advice it to send me back to the dealership and then he hung up.
