My wife purchased this warranty when she bought her 2020 ******* Palisade from ***** *** used cars dealership. She recently took the car to their dealership Porsche of Destin for a check engine light June of 2025. Come to find out there was a destroyed spark plug and the engine had bad compression and several other issues. The claim was made to replace the engine repair the A/C that had a leak and replace the sunroof that didnt work. They denied the engine stating there was evidence of sludge in the motor, despite the fact that we provided all the service records for the vehicle showing the servicing was done on the vehicle. The engine was apparently burning oil which would promote sludge build up. It took them 3 weeks and the dealership having to do a conference call just to get an answer from them. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They take entirely too long to process a claim and then try using technicalities to weasel their way out of having to pay for repairs. Sure your contract states exclusions for sludge, but if the maintenance is being performed and the records have been provided the maybe you should really look at what is causing the issue instead of looking for the first thing to deny the claim. On top of wanting everything broken down to the point of failure, oh by the way they want the customer to pay for that and deal with the fact that it takes even longer and drags out to time you are out of a vehicle. By this point her car has been in the shop torn apart for pretty much the entire summer and now they wont pay to replace the motor. I can acknowledge that they approved the sunroof and A/C but that doesnt help the fact that the engine doesnt work.

Thank you for your review. Axiom has reviewed your claim regarding the engine replacement and found that while there was sludge in the engine, which is excluded under your contract, Axiom was also able to confirm an isolated failure to cylinder #6s piston rings. Due to the failure in cylinder #6, Axiom has authorized the engine replacement as well as the associated tear down costs. Thank you for the opportunity to review your claim. We are happy we were able to come to a successful resolution.

They claim you can take it to a dealer for repairs. Front air ride strut failed. Car was towed to dealer. Axiom wants to send a part that will not work, dealer refuses to use Axiom's part because they do not want the liability of the bad part. This has nothing to do with me but I am without a car for over a month. Still waiting.....

Thank you for your review. On June 24, 2025, Axiom received a call from Bently of ********** (Repair Facility) to initiate a claim regarding replacing both front air struts for your 2015 Bentley Flying Spur (Vehicle). A third-party inspection was performed on June 26, 2025. The inspector confirmed the right front portion of the Vehicles suspension was sagging due to an air leak from the right front air strut. No failure was found on the left front air strut. On June 27, 2025, Axiom located a new aftermarket air strut and advised the Repair Facility of the third-party inspectors findings and Axioms claim decision, approving the replacement of the right front air strut with an aftermarket part provided by Axiom. Per Section A. Definitions (Covered Parts) At Our discretion, replacement parts used in covered repairs may include non-original equipment manufacturer parts, new re-manufactured parts, or used parts that meet the quality standards of the Repair Facility or Us.On July 10, 2025, The Repair Facility contacted Axiom and advised they do not accept third-party parts. Axiom advised the Repair Facility if they decline the supplied aftermarket air strut, Axiom can apply the cost of the Axiom supplied part, toward the Repair Facilities part, with the customer being responsible for covering the difference in cost, deductible, and any other fees charged by the Repair Facility that are not covered under the contract. On July 24, 2025, Axiom reviewed your claim for the right air strut and identified that the Repair Facility had provided incorrect pricing for their part. Additionally, the aftermarket part that Axiom had sourced for this claim was no longer available for purchase. Upon Axioms request, the Repair Facility updated their pricing, and Axiom approved the claim to replace the right front air strut on your Vehicle using the Repair Facilitys part. We are happy we were able to come to a successful resolution for your claim.

Axiom, I highly advise customers to stay away from this crappy **********************. They refuse to do their job, they expect the customer to do absolutely everything for them. Horrible phone skills, thats if, you get an English speaking person. Its been over 2 months for a $10 check. Countless emails, phone calls, and still refuse to do their job. Very very frustrating company to deal with. I have no clue how they have an A+ rating and be so s***** to their customers. Cant leave a review on their website, have 20 different addresses, 10 different business names, sounds shadey to me. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend them for anything!!

Thank you for your review. Axiom requires four to six weeks to process cancellation refunds. Axiom mailed its portion of the refund to ***************** Brooklyn on April 18, 2025 for the dealer to combine with its portion and issue you the remaining refund. We apologize for the delay in processing your refund.

Clearly this company is paying for their "A+" rating when literally every review is negative. Stay away! Just another insurance scam - Axiom will do whatever they can to avoid covering any payments they should owe. Their own employee reviews are negative and claim they have horrible customer service. You will essentially pay for nothing with them, it's honestly better to avoid getting any insurance and just do any coverage on your own. The company would rather save a few hundred dollars, than keep a customer happy and possibly coming back. I have no idea how they expect to keep anyone actually coming back, makes literally no sense. Complete scammers and frauds. Honestly what a joke

Under your Lease Excess *********** Protection Agreement, *************** Your Agreement covers, the benefit is only eligible upon the final lease turn-in between 90 days prior to and 90 days after your original lease termination date, which was January 10, 2024. I purchased this warranty for my car in August 2020, believing I had coverage for breakdowns to my vehicle. The *** presented a good description of their services, however neglected to advise me that only a part of the contract, which consisted of 19 plus pages would apply to my vehicle. I paid $3000.00 plus dollars. If they had explained what would be covered for the price I was paying, I would have had the opportunity to either ask about another product or not purchase it at all. Every time I submitted a claim it was denied stating the part was not covered under my contract. It was only recently I found out that only a very small portion of the extensive policy, two pages to be exact, was applicable to my vehicle. They advertise a good product, but they are liars.

Would not recommend this agency. Having done business with them in the past and having seen their process on the back end for basing their denials is cringe worthy. The "owner" of the agency gloats success while trying to rip-off the customers who purchase his ********************. Proof of such conduct is in documented emails that can be referenced for any future prospecting clients.

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that Axiom Product Administration **** is not the agency to which you refer. Nonetheless, Axiom is the administrator for products sold by your dealership. Our records reflect we have approved many of the claims stemming from your dealership. If you would like to provide further information as to a specific claim for which we were unable to assist the customer, please do so and we would be happy to provide an explanation.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I thought I was the only one feeling frustrated with Axiom, but after reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone.
I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. I purchased a BMW X1 and added two coverage packages through Axiom. The contract looked solid at first—it listed everything that was “covered,” which gave me peace of mind. However, buried in the fine print was a clause stating the maximum payout was only $1,000. That key detail was never mentioned by the salesperson, who seemed more interested in closing the deal than being transparent.
I paid $2,300 for a 75,000-mile, 60-month maintenance package, only to find out when I brought my car in for service that the most Axiom would pay is $1,000—total. Not per visit, but total. I was absolutely shocked and non-stop tears. Why would anyone pay thousands for something with such a minimal return? It’s misleading, dishonest, and feels like a blatant scam.
I strongly urge anyone considering Axiom to be extremely cautious. This company misrepresents what it offers and counts on people not reading the fine print. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to share your review and name the dealership involved. My dealership involved was 4041 W. Plano PKWY, Plano, TX 75093 ( Auto Web Expo). We need to protect future buyers from being taken advantage of like this.
Buyers beware—Axiom is NOT to be trusted.

******** and a rip off I purchased $4800 warranty from Synergy/Axiom through the private dealer I bought car from. This was a racket! They send the wrong parts to be installed in the car. They only refund their wrong parts and when it was cancelled they wont send the check to the customer, they send it to the dealer. The dealer in this case was a fraud and pocketed my money, which was $892. I reported the ******************************* but I believe Axiom/synergy warranty group is a scam. I want my money back.

Thank you for your review. You purchased a vehicle service contract, SYUISCF01019518, from ************* (Dealer) on or about March 31, 2024. On or about, April 12, 2024, ***************, a service center you chose, contacted Axiom to open claim, number C000322340, to replace the turbocharger in your vehicle. The service center provided Axiom with the part number(s) for which Axiom used to provide the replacement part(s). Unbeknown to Axiom, *************** provided an incorrect part number to Axiom and the service center installed the incorrect part. On or about May 29, 2024, Axiom was contacted by Matrix Integrated and advised Axiom that the incorrect turbocharger was installed on your vehicle. Axiom advised that you would need to return to *************** to address the issue since they provided Axiom the part number and performed the original repair. You declined to return to Columbia Roving and elected to have Matrix Integrated replace the incorrect turbocharger. Axiom received your cancellation request on or about August 5, 2024. The cancellation was processed on August 8, 2024. On or about October 12, 2024, the Dealer sent the refund via check number 1291 in the amount of $859.85 to the lien holder of your loan, ***********************************). The Bank cashed the check on or about October 18, 2024.
