Axiom Product Administration **** (Axiom) is in receipt of your review. Your claim was initiated on or about November 11, 2025 to address your vehicle leaking coolant. On or about November 14, 2025, your vehicle was inspected by an independent third-party inspector. Based upon the inspection, Axiom requested teardown to the point of failure to confirm the heater core was the source of the leak. On or about November 19, 2025, Axiom received photographs from the repair facility demonstrating the failed heater core. Axiom authorized your claim. Three (3) hours later, the repair shop contacted Axiom and advised that your vehicle had been reassembled with the new heater core, and that another issue was found that would require the **** housing to be removed a second time and replaced. Axiom requested teardown to the point of failure. On or about November 25, 2025, a second inspection was performed by an independent third-party inspector. On or about December 3, 2025, Axiom approved the replacement of the heater **** box. We are happy we were able to successfully resolve your claim.Review fromJoshua R

1 starAVOID AXIOM!! I recently had to use my gap extended warranty because my vehicle got totaled. It took me about four weeks for them to approve the coverage amount which was less than $800. After that, they told me the amount was approved and the check is being sent out to my lender. My lender reaches out and says they havent received a check so we reach out to axiom and they reconfirm that the check is being sent so we give it some time and again my lender calls me a few few weeks later and says we still havent received the check. So I call ax him again and they say that their check department is behind schedule and they cannot give me a time on when the check will be sent out. I asked if I can talk to that department. They said theres no way to reach them. I asked when will the check arrive to my lender and she says the check hasnt been mailed out. Its still in the processing stage. Mind you were now going on 2 1/2 months from the date the amount was approved. The representative at axiom said they have no timeframe on when the check will be mailed out. Itll get there when it gets there. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said they are in meetings and we do not disrupt them in meetings so I asked if they can call me back and she said theyre a little too busy to give customers a call back. So I highly highly encourage you to stay as far away from axiom as possible, and save yourself the headache. If there was a place to put zero stars, I wouldnt even have given them one star Stay away from axiom !!!!

1 starI purchased a *** from **** ****** that came with a six-month warranty covered by a third-party company, Axiom. Unfortunately, the experience has been a nightmare. Shortly after purchase, the car developed a coolant leak, and it was determined that all five coolant lines needed to be replaced, as four of them were leaking.Axiom sent an inspector who confirmed that four coolant lines were actively leaking and required replacement. *** later acknowledged that the original rubber lines were prone to failure and had been superseded with upgraded braided aluminum lines to prevent recurring leaks.Despite this, Axiom later updated their decision and agreed to replace only two coolant lines, claiming that the video provided by **** ****** *** showed only two active leaks. However, the coolant lines are difficult to capture on camera, and the inspectors original report confirmed that four lines were leaking and needed replacement. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

Axiom Product Administration **** (Axiom) is in receipt of your review on your 2018 *** M550XI (Vehicle). A claim was started by the repair facility on or about October 2, 2025, to address a low coolant light being on and the vehicle driving jerky. On or about October 7, 2025, an independent third-party inspector conducted an inspection on your Vehicle. The inspector determined that no failure was demonstrated at the time of inspection and further demonstration will be required to conclusively verify an active turbo line leak. On or about October 17, 2025, a virtual inspection was performed. This inspection demonstrated a failure to two (2) of the turbo coolant lines. Axiom initially authorized the repair of four (4) turbo coolant lines. When the service facility submitted a part change request, Axiom discovered it incorrectly authorized four (4) turbo coolant lines and amended the authorization to the two (2) turbo coolant lines that demonstrated a failure. Upon further review of your claim, Axiom will honor the repair of the four (4) turbo coolant lines it originally authorized. Axiom has been in contact with the service facility to arrange for the additional coverage. We apologize for the error and thank you for the opportunity to review your claim and find an amicable solution.Review fromScott T

1 starStay away! Claims take ages to process. Car was in dealership for over a month for a minor repair because no one would come out from Axiom to inspect it, even though they promise a ***** hour turn around. Calling them daily, escalating the issue, nothing helped. Also wait times of ***** minutes on hold are the norm so I am sure I am not the only one having issues with them.

1 starMy wife purchased this warranty when she bought her 2020 ******* Palisade from ***** *** used cars dealership. She recently took the car to their dealership Porsche of Destin for a check engine light June of 2025. Come to find out there was a destroyed spark plug and the engine had bad compression and several other issues. The claim was made to replace the engine repair the A/C that had a leak and replace the sunroof that didnt work. They denied the engine stating there was evidence of sludge in the motor, despite the fact that we provided all the service records for the vehicle showing the servicing was done on the vehicle. The engine was apparently burning oil which would promote sludge build up. It took them 3 weeks and the dealership having to do a conference call just to get an answer from them. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They take entirely too long to process a claim and then try using technicalities to weasel their way out of having to pay for repairs. Sure your contract states exclusions for sludge, but if the maintenance is being performed and the records have been provided the maybe you should really look at what is causing the issue instead of looking for the first thing to deny the claim. On top of wanting everything broken down to the point of failure, oh by the way they want the customer to pay for that and deal with the fact that it takes even longer and drags out to time you are out of a vehicle. By this point her car has been in the shop torn apart for pretty much the entire summer and now they wont pay to replace the motor. I can acknowledge that they approved the sunroof and A/C but that doesnt help the fact that the engine doesnt work.

Thank you for your review. Axiom has reviewed your claim regarding the engine replacement and found that while there was sludge in the engine, which is excluded under your contract, Axiom was also able to confirm an isolated failure to cylinder #6s piston rings. Due to the failure in cylinder #6, Axiom has authorized the engine replacement as well as the associated tear down costs. Thank you for the opportunity to review your claim. We are happy we were able to come to a successful resolution.Review fromNathaniel W

1 starThey claim you can take it to a dealer for repairs. Front air ride strut failed. Car was towed to dealer. Axiom wants to send a part that will not work, dealer refuses to use Axiom's part because they do not want the liability of the bad part. This has nothing to do with me but I am without a car for over a month. Still waiting.....

Thank you for your review. On June 24, 2025, Axiom received a call from Bently of ********** (Repair Facility) to initiate a claim regarding replacing both front air struts for your 2015 Bentley Flying Spur (Vehicle). A third-party inspection was performed on June 26, 2025. The inspector confirmed the right front portion of the Vehicles suspension was sagging due to an air leak from the right front air strut. No failure was found on the left front air strut. On June 27, 2025, Axiom located a new aftermarket air strut and advised the Repair Facility of the third-party inspectors findings and Axioms claim decision, approving the replacement of the right front air strut with an aftermarket part provided by Axiom. Per Section A. Definitions (Covered Parts) At Our discretion, replacement parts used in covered repairs may include non-original equipment manufacturer parts, new re-manufactured parts, or used parts that meet the quality standards of the Repair Facility or Us.On July 10, 2025, The Repair Facility contacted Axiom and advised they do not accept third-party parts. Axiom advised the Repair Facility if they decline the supplied aftermarket air strut, Axiom can apply the cost of the Axiom supplied part, toward the Repair Facilities part, with the customer being responsible for covering the difference in cost, deductible, and any other fees charged by the Repair Facility that are not covered under the contract. On July 24, 2025, Axiom reviewed your claim for the right air strut and identified that the Repair Facility had provided incorrect pricing for their part. Additionally, the aftermarket part that Axiom had sourced for this claim was no longer available for purchase. Upon Axioms request, the Repair Facility updated their pricing, and Axiom approved the claim to replace the right front air strut on your Vehicle using the Repair Facilitys part. We are happy we were able to come to a successful resolution for your claim.Review fromAndrew K

1 starAxiom, I highly advise customers to stay away from this crappy **********************. They refuse to do their job, they expect the customer to do absolutely everything for them. Horrible phone skills, thats if, you get an English speaking person. Its been over 2 months for a $10 check. Countless emails, phone calls, and still refuse to do their job. Very very frustrating company to deal with. I have no clue how they have an A+ rating and be so s***** to their customers. Cant leave a review on their website, have 20 different addresses, 10 different business names, sounds shadey to me. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend them for anything!!
