I purchased this warranty for my car in August 2020, believing I had coverage for breakdowns to my vehicle. The *** presented a good description of their services, however neglected to advise me that only a part of the contract, which consisted of 19 plus pages would apply to my vehicle. I paid $3000.00 plus dollars. If they had explained what would be covered for the price I was paying, I would have had the opportunity to either ask about another product or not purchase it at all. Every time I submitted a claim it was denied stating the part was not covered under my contract. It was only recently I found out that only a very small portion of the extensive policy, two pages to be exact, was applicable to my vehicle. They advertise a good product, but they are liars.

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that Axiom Product Administration **** is not the agency to which you refer. The administrator for your vehicle service contract is Endurance.

Would not recommend this agency. Having done business with them in the past and having seen their process on the back end for basing their denials is cringe worthy. The "owner" of the agency gloats success while trying to rip-off the customers who purchase his ********************. Proof of such conduct is in documented emails that can be referenced for any future prospecting clients.

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that Axiom Product Administration **** is not the agency to which you refer. Nonetheless, Axiom is the administrator for products sold by your dealership. Our records reflect we have approved many of the claims stemming from your dealership. If you would like to provide further information as to a specific claim for which we were unable to assist the customer, please do so and we would be happy to provide an explanation.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I thought I was the only one feeling frustrated with Axiom, but after reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone.
I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. I purchased a BMW X1 and added two coverage packages through Axiom. The contract looked solid at first—it listed everything that was “covered,” which gave me peace of mind. However, buried in the fine print was a clause stating the maximum payout was only $1,000. That key detail was never mentioned by the salesperson, who seemed more interested in closing the deal than being transparent.
I paid $2,300 for a 75,000-mile, 60-month maintenance package, only to find out when I brought my car in for service that the most Axiom would pay is $1,000—total. Not per visit, but total. I was absolutely shocked and non-stop tears. Why would anyone pay thousands for something with such a minimal return? It’s misleading, dishonest, and feels like a blatant scam.
I strongly urge anyone considering Axiom to be extremely cautious. This company misrepresents what it offers and counts on people not reading the fine print. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to share your review and name the dealership involved. My dealership involved was 4041 W. Plano PKWY, Plano, TX 75093 ( Auto Web Expo). We need to protect future buyers from being taken advantage of like this.
Buyers beware—Axiom is NOT to be trusted.

******** and a rip off I purchased $4800 warranty from Synergy/Axiom through the private dealer I bought car from. This was a racket! They send the wrong parts to be installed in the car. They only refund their wrong parts and when it was cancelled they wont send the check to the customer, they send it to the dealer. The dealer in this case was a fraud and pocketed my money, which was $892. I reported the ******************************* but I believe Axiom/synergy warranty group is a scam. I want my money back.

Thank you for your review. You purchased a vehicle service contract, SYUISCF01019518, from ************* (Dealer) on or about March 31, 2024. On or about, April 12, 2024, ***************, a service center you chose, contacted Axiom to open claim, number C000322340, to replace the turbocharger in your vehicle. The service center provided Axiom with the part number(s) for which Axiom used to provide the replacement part(s). Unbeknown to Axiom, *************** provided an incorrect part number to Axiom and the service center installed the incorrect part. On or about May 29, 2024, Axiom was contacted by Matrix Integrated and advised Axiom that the incorrect turbocharger was installed on your vehicle. Axiom advised that you would need to return to *************** to address the issue since they provided Axiom the part number and performed the original repair. You declined to return to Columbia Roving and elected to have Matrix Integrated replace the incorrect turbocharger. Axiom received your cancellation request on or about August 5, 2024. The cancellation was processed on August 8, 2024. On or about October 12, 2024, the Dealer sent the refund via check number 1291 in the amount of $859.85 to the lien holder of your loan, ***********************************). The Bank cashed the check on or about October 18, 2024.

I purchased Axioms MONSTER SEAL for my RV tires from Bushs RV in ***********. I had two blowouts in the same day. The warranty looks really robust, carpe diem. I have submitted my receipts and needed paperwork for reimbursement but have yet to receive a check. I was told that it was approved on June 13th and the check was sent. Today is July 3rd and nothing. I have contacted them multiple times with no return response!

Thank you for your review. On or about June 5, 2024, Axiom received a call from Ettleson Cadillac Buick GMC to start a claim on your vehicle related to the illumination of your vehicles check engine light. An independent inspection of your vehicle was arranged for June 6, 2024, which found a leak in the vehicles power steering pressure hose. The inspector determined that the said leak resulted in damage to the engine harness and O2 sensor. Axiom advised that it would cover the power steering pressure hose, but could not provide coverage for the contamination and consequential damage to the engine harness and O2 sensor. Axiom denied the contamination and consequential damage to the engine harness and O2 sensor due to the following contract terms in your contract:E.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE: In the event of a Breakdown, You must take immediate action to prevent further damage to the Vehicle. This Contract does not cover damage caused by continued operation of the Vehicle in a failed state or failing to timely repair a failed component. F. Limits of Liability 4.CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE COVERAGE: We will pay for the replacement of brake pads, belts, and hoses that are damaged and require replacement as a direct result of a Breakdown and an authorized Covered Repair. This coverage includes disc brake rotors or brake drum resurfacing. Consequential Damage to any other part(s) is expressly excluded from coverage under this Contract. G.EXCLUSIONS This Contract will NOT PAY or reimburse You for any part or condition excluded throughout this Contract or for: 7.ANY BREAKDOWN CAUSED BY CONTAMINATION, OVERHEATING, THE LACK OF COOLANTS/LUBRICANTS, SLUDGE, OR RESTRICTED OIL FLOW.11.ANY BREAKDOWN OF A COVERED PART OR A NON-COVERED PART RESULTING FROM CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER THE CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE COVERAGE UNDER THE LIMITS OF LIABILITY SECTION.Based on the independent inspectors findings that the damage to the engine harness and O2 sensor was a result of the leak in the power steering hose contaminating the same, Axiom is unable to cover the replacement or repair of those parts. Axiom specifically reserves any rights and defenses it may possess pursuant to the terms of the Contract and any all rights and remedies available at law or in equity.

Not thrilled with their claims either and I have the highest coverage, first they fought the dealer for everything that needed to be done, then wanted to use junk yard parts instead of new, so of course I opted for new parts and now have to pay $1,800.00 This is not right, I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!

Thank you for your review. On April 5,2024, Axiom received a call from ******* Chrysler to start a claim regarding the service 4WD collision warning lights being lit and fluid leaking from the vehicle. ******* Chrysler requested to replace your vehicles transfer case and module. An independent third-party inspection was set up to verify the breakdown(s). On April 27, 2024, Axiom received the inspection report which verified the collision warning light was lit and fluid was leaking from the vehicle. The inspector also found a howling/growling noise coming from the transfer case when the vehicle was driven. Per Section ** Your Responsibilities (Maintenance Requirements) and Section A. Definitions (Breakdown), Axiom requested maintenance records on the transfer case. Despite the service technician confirming the appropriate maintenance was not completed in accordance with the owners manual, Axiom continued to review the claim for coverage. Per Section A. Definitions (Covered Parts specifically stating Axiom may use replacement parts of like kind and quality), Axiom notified ******* Chrysler that we could provide authorization for a Like-Kind-Quality (***) transfer case. The *** transfer case comes with a part warranty that is in line with the Contract term. Axiom informed ******* Chrysler that you had the option to accept the *** part or could have an Original Equipment Manufacturer (***) transfer case put in and pay the difference between the *** transfer case and the *** transfer case. Axiom was informed you chose the *** transfer case and thus, Axiom authorized the claim for the *** part and labor, leaving the difference between the *** part and the *** part as your responsibility.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Axiom, a warranty company, regarding coverage for my 2014 ***** Odyssey.Despite having opted for Axiom's highest level of coverage, I encountered several issues. When my vehicle required repairs at Piazza *****, I discovered that the service center no longer works with Axiom due to past negative experiences. This left me in a difficult situation as I was unable to proceed with necessary repairs under my Axiom warranty. After reaching out to Axiom, I spoke with ***** from the claims department. He assured me that I would be allowed one "********" and advised me to have the repair completed at Piazza *****, promising reimbursement for the costs. However, upon submitting the necessary documents for reimbursement, I was disappointed to receive an offer of only $155.00. This amount falls significantly short of the total costs incurred for the repair ($450.00) and alternative transportation during the repair period ($100.00).It's disheartening to see such a vast disparity between the expenses I incurred and the reimbursement provided by Axiom. Despite multiple attempts to seek a resolution and a reconsideration of the reimbursement amount, there has been no satisfactory outcome thus far.Overall, my experience with Axiom has been unsatisfactory, and I urge potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing Axiom for warranty coverage.Sincerely,*****

Thank you for your review. On April 5, 2024, Axiom received a call from you regarding repairs needed to your vehicle by a repair facility that refuses to work with Axiom. A claims representative informed you that you can submit any documents to Axiom for review and possible reimbursement. On April 11, 2024, Axiom received the documentation and began its review. The documentation showed a total charge of $420.94, which broke down to $99.31 for parts, $290.45 for labor, and $31.18 for tax. You also submitted two (2) Uber receipts totaling $60.14. After review of the documentation provided, Axiom provided a one-time, no prior authorization totaling $151.13. Pursuant to Section A. Definitions, Cost, on your Contract, Axiom reduced the labor and parts to equal MSRP and nationally recognized labor time allowances. The reduction in labor and parts, brought labor to $111, parts to $75.23 and tax to $14.90. Axiom also covered one (1) day of Uber charges totaling $50 pursuant to ******************** Benefits (2). Per the Contract, you have the added benefit of rental car or alternative transportation reimbursement for a maximum of $50 per day. Lastly, the Contract has a $100 disappearing deductible that is waived should you get ************ completed by the dealership that sold you your vehicle. As you went to a different repair facility, the $100 deductible applies and was deducted from the reimbursement amount. For any further repairs your vehicle may need, you are able to get the vehicle serviced at any ***** dealership or return to the selling dealership.

There's a reason this company has a 2 star rating so don't believe their responses. Stay as far away from this company as possible. There are all kinds of clauses they present to you in a contract after the sale that were never even touched upon by the dealership. Not once did the dealership mention a limits of liability clause that says they only have to pay out the maximum amount you paid for the vehicle over the lifetime of the contract. The contract they refer to wasn't even signed by me so they can say whatever clause they want was in it even though nothing was ever signed. The engine seized on my vehicle literally 2 months after buying it. The dealer I brought it to flat out said the fluids looked great and the car had just had an oil change. Yet they are still requiring $2000 tear down of the engine to make sure I somehow didn't sobatage my own car. The technician as well as their own adjuster said it was a wild ***********. So now I have a vehicle with a seized engine that will cost $12,000 to replace and unless I pay the $12,000 as well as the $2000 diagnostics fee I don't get nickel for the car even though there's $3500 left on my policy. So I have a $14,500 loan on a car that doesn't run which includes $4000 for a warranty that is now useless. I talked to their "head guy" ******* who's a total jerk and has absolutely no empathy towards my situation at all. Then he tried to say I insulted him and abused him during my phone call which is a total lie. Not once did insult him or even raise my voice. The only thing I said to him was that he had zero empathy and asked him if he thought it was fair. He literally then said I had been abusing him the whole phone call.Notice everyone on this page is calling them a "warranty" company but after they show themselves for who they are they remind you that dealership misleads people calling it that but it's actually a "service contract" which makes them feel better when they s**** you over!

Thank you for your review. The Contract was signed by you at *************** on 2/23/2023. A copy of the signed contract has been mailed to the address on file. There are currently three (3) claims made under your Contract. The first claim was opened on 6/21/2023, the repair shop contacted Axiom to set up a claim for the camshaft positioner sensor. This claim is still open as Axiom advised a full diagnosis was needed. The second claim was created on 6/28/2023 to address your vehicles AC not working properly and the check engine light being on. This claim was authorized and paid. The last claim was opened on 8/3/2023 to address your vehicle shutting off abruptly while driving. A third-party inspection was set up. The inspector verified that the engine does not turn over when using a breaker bar on the crankshaft bolt and also advised that further teardown would be needed to verify the point of failure. Axiom advised the repair facility and you of these findings while also mentioning that if the repairs were to be covered by the Contract, Axiom could only assist with $3995.75 due to the limits of liability. This claim is still open and pending. Per Section ** Limits of Liability of your Contract (page 5), the total limit of liability is equal to the purchase price of the vehicle. The total amount of repairs on authorized claims cannot exceed the purchase price of your vehicle. The purchase price of your vehicle was $8420.75 as show on page 1 of your Contract. As Axiom paid $4425.03 towards your second claim, a total of $3995.72 remains. Per Section I. How to Make a Claim (page 5), tear down authorization must be provided, when requested, in order to get an accurate diagnosis of the cause of failure. Due to the inspector needing the engine to be torn down further, Axiom requested a teardown authorization from you. If you wish to continue your claim, we will require you to authorize engine tear down pursuant to Section I of your contract.

************ contain up to 50 microprocessors and hundreds of chips. Many functions in the cars are driven by software applications. So what might look like a mechanical failure could be caused by a software issue. And somehow these are excluded from the extended warranty. The tilt on my MB E300 was not working and according to an internet search many other owners had the same problem. It seemed to me that it was a design flaw. Yet when I tried to get Axiom to cover the cost to update the software ($340) it was denied. MB corporate did not help. Finally, and happily, the local dealer took care of this 20 minute download. So what other mechanical systems won't be covered since they are software related? Only time will tell if Axiom's extended warranty is worth the $3500 I paid.
