Refund and Exchange Policy

PPA bills for services rendered once provided.  Merchants that PPA has relationships with have extremely liberal return policies.  Most provide a refund and cancellation or exchange upon direct request to the merchants.  PPA requires many merchant customers to pre-authorize consumer transactions using various methods, which includes actual penny transactions.

If a consumer is not satisfied with the service provided by one of PPA's merchant customers they may contact PPA using their support email at [email protected]. Company request that you provide as much information as possible if emailing support so they can quickly assist you.
