    The technician was on time. He explained everything he was going to do. He kept everything picked up as he went through the process. He demonstrated how everything worked. He answered my questions. There are some things that I will need to review with the manual, but that is because I have difficulty in retaining so much information at one time. I would recommend them to my friends.

    *** was the tech that came out to our townhome and was very professional and when finished walked me through the operation and function of the system we had put in place. Left his cell number and said if I had any questions or concerns to just call him. Weve had *********** for a long time and theyve always proved reliable and easy to work with.

    Everything was smooth and efficient. The technician definitely knew his job, explaining every step in the process to us. We had an ADT system in our previous house, which was installed in 2007, so this was a great leap in technology for us, but everything was covered and our new condo is completely protected.
