Better Business Bureau has received a pattern of consumer complaints regarding Tactical Shit alleging failure to deliver ordered products, failure to provide refunds, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.
On October 6, 2021, BBB sent a letter to Tactical Shit News with its concerns. The company responded on October 6, 2021 stating, “…recent complaints are due to the ammunition supply chain crisis and all orders will be shipped, substituted, upgraded or refunded as per the terms of our website. A mass email was sent to all customers from the CEO [on October 5, 2021] explaining all of the issues we are having.”

After ordering an in stock item, the company charged my account right away. Their advertising says it will ship 5-7 days on in stock items. waiting 2 weeks I emailed asking when it would ship. It took another 2 emails for it to ship. After receiving my package and opening it, i found half the boxes of shotgun shells smashed open. But the shipping box was not damaged. Leading me to believe they packaged them this way. I left a poor google review. The owner then personally emailed me and attacked me because I left a poor review. It took almost a full month to receive my order.Business response

This experience directly mirrors other's experiences I have read about on this site and many other review based sites like TrustPilot.com. I have seen the company Tactical SH!T offer refunds publicly here in response to peoples complaints, but I have not received this offer in private communication with the company so far (2 months after ordering with no updates in the past 2 weeks). What seems to be going on here is misleading advertising of "in stock" items that they in fact don't have at all. I made an online purchase on 29/Aug/2021 with tacticalshit.com for 1000 rounds of Igman 5.56; 55 grain M193 FMJ ; SKU# *********** ammunition for $556.76 with shipping costs. Supposedly it was in stock and would ship in 2-4 weeks. To date I have not received a shipping notice and it has been 6 weeks. I have contacted the company twice by e-mail with some ******** mass e-mail response that goes out to all customers basically stating "It will ship when it ships". I have contacted the company once by phone and was told they could do nothing as it was an on-line purchase. I asked to speak with management and was told they had left early for a wedding and did not know when they would be back in the office. I left a message with my name and phone number and asked to be contacted in person but have received no response to date. They wasted no time taking my money and have not held up their end of this purchase agreement. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.Business response

This was a pre=order item that stated it could take 2-4 weeks to ship. We ran into a manufacturing problem. A personal apology letter was sent out and we are trying to make everything right. I ordered one BFSIII AR-C1, Binary Trigger on May 23rd for $402.11. The function of this trigger intrigued me and I was looking forward to seeing if it lived up to the hype. However, when the shipment arrived I found that TacticalShit sent me the wrong part. I called customer service and informed them of the problem. They were not cooperative. TacticalShit attempted to uphold their no return policy which had been rendered null and void when they failed to send me the correct part. TacticalShit eventually provided instructions to acquire the correct part which by following, I wound up out the money I paid, out the part I wanted and out incorrect part TacticalShit had sent me. Quite slick , I wound up with nothing. Alert!! Be very careful if you order from TacticalShit. You could wind up like me, out your money with nothing to show for it. I have all emails and voice Communications with TacticalShit. I am prepared to prove everything I have claimed.Business response

This was not the fault of Tactical Shit, as stated by the customer in his own email. Our representative did EXACTALY what her job description and rules say to. This was a MANUFACTURER error and this customer was provided all of the information needed to get his item replaced.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: by advertising and subsequently entering into a contract to sell me one BFSIII AR-C1 binary trigger, tacticalshit was acting as an agent for the manufacturer. Tacticalshit agreed to sell me the part indicated above. However the part they sent me was not the one that was agreed upon. It was in fact an BFSIII AR-S1 tacticalshit failed to live up to the sales contract. The responsibility to correct this issue is with tacticalshit, not the manufacturer. Any issue of the manufacturer supplying the wrong part in the correctly labeled package is an issue with the manufacturer and tacticalshit. The fundamental issue is that tacticalshit took my $402.11 and sent me the wrong part.

To my law enforcement family - I am a retired police officer that was injured in the line of duty, heads up-beware of this company.. I purchased ammo from this company on line and they never sent it and tried to give me store credit. On August 20, 2021 I placed an order with this company for - ZSR 7.62x39 Steel Cased – 123 grain FMJ – 1000 round case **September 3, 2021 I asked for a tracking number for my order **September 7, 2021 they respond "14-21 business days for shipping due to volume. You will get an email with tracking when it ships. ~****** **September 21, 2021 I requested requested a refund or for them to ship the ammo, I needed a response to **September 21, 2021 they respond "I can process the cancellation for you. This is an all sales final item so refunds are processed in the form of store credit. Is this a good email to send the credit code to? ~******, On the same day I responded "No, send me my ammo" - I have no interest in store credit. Refund please..Business response

Ordered ammo, never received anything via email with a confirmation number order number or tracking information. Knowing they are likely just backed up a bit, I waited two weeks for this information. It never came. I emailed about this issue and got a kind, but clearly could've guessed response. (We're backed up on orders, and your order should ship very soon) not verbatim but certainly the jist. I waited another three weeks this time around before emailing again, and received basically the same message only this time without a day count on when it may ship. Just some excuse about how it is shipping from an off site vendor. All in all it's been well over a month and a half now and here I am, money withdrawn (about 400 dollars), and not even so much as an order number to show for it.Business response

No communication received regarding the processing of my order, so i reached out to them since they already have taken my money but have yet to supply any shipping info or anything. The ammunition was shipped from an offsite warehouse. Once customer service was advised of the delay, they offered the customer different options and store credit. Once customer service was advised to refund the customer from a supervisor, the refund was issued 10/12
