            Better Business Bureau has received a pattern of consumer complaints regarding Tactical Shit alleging failure to deliver ordered products, failure to provide refunds, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.      

            On October 6, 2021, BBB sent a letter to Tactical Shit News with its concerns.  The company responded on October 6, 2021 stating, “…recent complaints are due to the ammunition supply chain crisis and all orders will be shipped, substituted, upgraded or refunded as per the terms of our website. A mass email was sent to all customers from the CEO [on October 5, 2021] explaining all of the issues we are having.”

            I had placed an order on 12/6/23 and my order number is #*********. I've sent two emails after waiting the 4 week processing time and still haven't heard anything back.             I dont know how this company got my email address, but boy did they do a bang up job of sending me 30 emails in less than 24 hours. Whoever is ********, you need to get rid of them immediately.

            I have looked into this and you were a customer of our parent company from 2016, we are looking into why you would have received so many emails in one day as that is not something we do. The emails would have come from our new affiliate company SigGlockinColt.com and you have been removed permanently from that list.
