    Better Business Bureau has received a pattern of consumer complaints regarding Tactical Shit alleging failure to deliver ordered products, failure to provide refunds, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.      

    On October 6, 2021, BBB sent a letter to Tactical Shit News with its concerns.  The company responded on October 6, 2021 stating, “recent complaints are due to the ammunition supply chain crisis and all orders will be shipped, substituted, upgraded or refunded as per the terms of our website. A mass email was sent to all customers from the CEO [on October 5, 2021] explaining all of the issues we are having.”

      I had placed an order on 12/6/23 and my order number is #*********. I've sent two emails after waiting the 4 week processing time and still haven't heard anything back.       On January 15, **** I placed an order online for Four (4) cases of *** 55 Grain Sierra ********* 200 round cases of **** ammo for a total of 800 rounds. On January 22 I received One (1) case of 200 rounds of said ammo. .I have tried email which none of the listed emails work, and I have called over 100 times and also left a message and my phone number with no response. I would like them to contact me and let me know the status of my order or refund!!!!

      We don't have any emails from your order. As listed in our message it is always faster to get in touch with us by email. The vendor that shipped your order stated they corrected the mistake and it will ship out today.

      We have sent the customer multiple emails as well as responded to all of his emails with no feedback. Body Armor is not legal in his state so we cannot ship the order. We have refunded his payment method.

      On October 15, I was given the following order number, #*********, after purchasing PMC X-TAC 5.56NATO Rifle Ammo - 55 Grain | FMJ-BT ****rd Case - ****, via their website Liberaltears.net. On October 16th, I received an email requesting purchase verification to prevent fraud, explaining I had 5 days to respond or the order would be canceled. I didn't see the email prior to the 5-day window closing. Although I took no action, on October 18th, the $535.89 was deducted from my bank account, and I received an email from ***************** stating lead time had been changed from **** days to 2-3 weeks because of the ******* war. His email committed to the next ammo shipment arriving in 3 weeks from the 18th, if not less. I have attempted to both call and email per their web instructions. I have received no response, and we are well beyond any date mentioned for transaction fulfillment. Despite my reaching out, they have not provided any updates regarding the order or responded to my messages, nor have my goods been shipped. I made the purchase in good faith and had no problem with the reasonable shift to the fulfillment window given the information provided early on. I would like my ammunition shipped or my funds refunded ASAP.

      On September 16th, 2023, I ordered a Vertx backpack from them (order #********** for $187.99. After tax my payment was $196.94. I received a confirmation email saying that the shipping info would be emailed to me when it was shipped. On the 23rd I emailed asking for an update on my order, since it seemed like it should've shipped by then. No response. I emailed again on the 25th and 27th with no response. I also tried calling and leaving a voicemail, as well as sending a Facebook message on the 27th with no response as of September 30th. In my last email, I stated if I hadn't heard anything in 24 hrs, I would leave reviews sharing my experience and the fact that they are a scam site. With a company name like that, I did Google them, and they had 4 stars on Google so I went ahead with the purchase, but now I regret it. Don't give your money to this company!

I mean that is almost an entire month in the real world.  Had I known or seen that notice I would never have ordered the products.

      The product has always stated 7-16 business days for shipping in bright bold red letters next to the "add to cart" button. Customer was refunded per his request.

      I sent in my slide to have the slide cut/ported and cerakote. I placed my order in April 11th, 2023. I received the shipping label and sent it back with my slide via USPS on April 20, 2023. ******, the associate I've been in contact with, has been helping me but unfortunately I feel like I'm getting smoke instead of results. On May 10, 2023, ****** stated it was delivered to the milling facility April 25, 2023. They're claiming their cerakote machine was shooting craps. That's why it's been taking so long. It is now August 01, 2023. The turn around time is 4 - 6 weeks. 8 weeks max. I have been without my slide for a total of roughly 15 weeks. 3 and 1/2 months. Their ways to rectify is to have the slide be sent over night. I hate feeling like I get the run around and also have an unsettling feeling that this company is committing some sort of fraud as I've read from recent BBB complaints. I will never do business with this company again, and I really hope there is no other person looking to save a couple dollars and going with this company. Choose elsewhere. Choose local. Most of all, choose a company that does not have BBB complaints of scamming/Theft.

      I have been in communication with the customer as well as the milling company. We do not mill these ourselves as clearly stated in the product description. The milling machine broke down which was communicated to the customer. I have notified the milling company that they need to complete the slide or replace it.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The situation is that I am not getting a direct answer that is truthful and honored. 

       

      I've been provided countless time frames about my slide and certain completion steps of my property that is now contradicted by the company's response. 

      First it was finishing cerakote, now the slide may not be milled? 

      I got a response from ****** stating they're sending me a new non-milled slide and a refund. But I am demanding to have my property, aka the original slide I sent them that matches my firearm serial number, back as TacticalSh*t is not justified to keep my property.

      On top of the whole thing, I've gone almost 4 months without the completion of my slide which is far beyond the company's time frame they claim on their website. Therefore leading to false advertisement. 

      Rachel and TacticalSh*t, your response is not accepted by me and I am now demanding responses that have my desired results. I also require answers as to what exactly is going on with MY property that your company and/or your milling partner company has possession of.

      I have given the communication that was given to me by the slide company. I let them know that you want your slide back if it's not complete or a new slide if it is only partially milled. I will let them know if it's only partially milled you can have both with your refund.

      While I agree and accept the response from the business, I do need a definitive time frame. I've been quoted countless time frames that have not been honored and I simply would like a definitive and honored time frame as to when I'll be receiving either my slide completed as cerakote and milled, or receiving my slide incomplete and the new slide and refunded in both scenarios. 

      I also need it to be expedited with over night shipping as I've gone almost 4 months without my property.

      I have placed an order for over 600$ from Tactical S*** and received a conformation email right away as well as the funds being pulled from my account the same day. 6/17/2023. The following day I immediately received an email asking me to verify my identity which i did. I then asked if the information provided was sufficient for shipping, to which she replied "yes" after about 4 days. A few days after that, about 9 days after placing the order i emailed and asked what was taking the shipping conformation so long to which they replied. "**** business days for shipping due to volume as indicated on the product description. You will get an email with tracking when it ships"I replied back that the product description actually reads "delivered **** days" not shipped. To which is has now been 7 days with no response and 23 days with no product being shipped. This seems to be a recurring issue with this company. Bad shipping, even worse customer service. If i didn't know better i would assume this company is completely fraudulent.

      I have tried to unsubscribe from this company's marketing and email campaigns 3 times but continue to get their ads. They consistently ignore the request and are unresponsive to direct requests for removal. They're horrible people and use questionable business practices.

      I have purchased the Dynamis Alliance Razorback Blade with Blade Sheath, order #********* on June 4th 2023. When doing so, on the website, it states that it ships next day. I received a *** tracking number on June 6th that stated I would receive my product next day. Well the next day came and I did not receive my product. I then emailed Tactical Sh*t to ask what the issue was. Yes they had created the shipping label but have failed to even ship out the product. It is now June 11th and the tracking number when tracking, still states that *** is still waiting for the product. When the company did reach (******) only stated that it should ship soon. Why is it taking so long when the website states next day shipping, not next day shipping label created. When logging into the website and looking at my order, there are two shipment orders. Whats the deal with that? Does this company even have the product? I want answers asap
