5 starsMy project was replacing French doors on my walkout patio with a Sliding door, and my experience was wonderful. In May I liked the competent salesman from Window Concepts MN much better than the "other guys" I got bids from, and his price was lower too. When my sliding door was installed a week ago in late August, my installation team was also very competent and good with communication. I especially appreciated the personal tutoring on how screen lock, door handle lock, and toe lock all operate! Absolutely will recommend Window Concepts MN to everyone.

During the estimate, they answered all of the questions and told us exactly what to expect, in a professional, friendly manner we were kept informed during the process, and when the installers came, they were so fast clean and courteous enough to take off their shoes every time they entered our home! 1 starNEVER AGAIN. EVER. There is no doubt in my mind they saw wet rotting wood around my windows, but wrapped them anyway and didnt say a word. And this is just the latest issue, I gave up on them years ago after several run arounds, just discovered this issue. I called them just for giggles and was told they wont help, of course they wont.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

1 starI am from Rochester Minnesota. I paid a lot of money for 6 windows. 3 of them were not well done and I have the photos to prove it. I sent them photos and spoke of my disappointment openly. Even though the contract says replace rotten wood as needed, they didn't think they needed to replace it. They even said they did me a favor and did more than what I paid for. I told them I just want the job done well. They called me back several times, which was good, however they only called me to say they would do nothing about it and I should be happy with the job. If I would have known this I would not have hired them. I have several more windows I will order in the next few years. No way would I let this company do my windows. The sad things is they told me they were Minnesota specialists and other companies were not. I was dumb enough to trust and believe them.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

5 starsGreat company to work with! I had my sliding door replaced and the salesperson made sure to explain everything in detail so I knew what I was getting and why, and gave me multiple options. The installation crew was on time, explained everything that was going to happen, answered all my questions, and finished the work in a timely manner.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.
