The price was fair, the crew was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. 3 starsInstallation crew did a horrible job big fat lumpy caulking j trim corners not matching up, killed all my plants by my house .my old windows were bad yes, but my house is in good shape, now my siding is messed up, they cut it to short and just slid it over tires the window and made it short on the side of house then claimed they didn’t cut it there. When I called they had the nerve to send the same crew out to fix it, I’m alone and had to point out all this crappy workmanship that they did, very uncomfortable to say the least .Had a higher authority person come out and of course he said that the workmanship was very sloppy and said he would order some siding to fix and fix the rest of the problems, it took weeks for him to get back to me I had to call several times first,
He came back and did what he could but one of his helpers noticed several of the locking mechanism were not functioning correctly now I’m waiting for them to come in…
I was able to do this project because of a grant program in my area I feel discriminated against due to that, even though the project was not completed I felt threatened to give them the check, I was told if I did not pay at this point I was withholding moneys for service rendered. So I did now I feel like I’ve been ghosted.
I probably will not get new plants even though it’s like $250 to replace them myself and will see if I get new locks..

I am sorry you had a bad experience. We did return and fix the items, and you signed off on the service sheet. Our project manager did reply to you on 10/10/24 but received no reply. He will reach out again today to obtain a service date to repair the locks they found when we returned to complete your initial service. Since your plants were directly in front of the windows they installed, damage did occur because the safety of our crews has to be considered.Review fromRianV V

It really lowered our energy bills and almost eliminated all outdoor noise.
