1 starI had ordered windows/door, but then some major medical issues came up that I now need to pay for. I tried canceling the order & Window Concepts said that I couldn't & that they would put a lean on my house. They never told me that I only had 3 days to cancel. They told me that the windows were done Without the guy ever coming to my house to measure! All in 2wks time.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

1 starWe had 4 windows installed,3 windows were wrong size and were installed by the 2 employees,one also told us they were wrong,the guy he called told them to install them.zthe kitchen window looks terrible as they had to fit a smaller window in.They were supposed to get back to us but havent.I called and emailed them numerous times.Very dissatisfied with this company.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.
