5 starsThey were very reliable and showed up when they said they would, they showed professionalism and efficiency, they answered all of my questions and were very helpful. The windows met/exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend Windows Concepts to anyone.

5 starsJuly 2025 I had my sliding patio door replaced by Window Concepts. They were great to work with. I was able to quickly schedule a quote (on a Saturday even!), easy communication throughout the process, professional individuals on every level. The install went smoothly and the clean up was better than expected.

I enjoyed "hanging out" and conversing while I was doing adjacent yard work and keeping out of their hair. 5 starsWindow Concepts of Minnesota recently replaced five large slider windows in my 38-year-old townhouse. After three estimates, I felt confident and satisfied I had purchased the best windows for the best price. From first contact with the knowledgeable sales representative through the efficient and excellent installation of my energy Star, triple pane windows, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and convenience of the process. If someone would’ve told me it would take under three hours, with no mess to have these amazing windows, I would’ve done it sooner! If I could give Windows Concepts 10 stars I would! 5 starsWe used Window concepts to replace a sliding door in our walk out basement. The old door was original to our 35 year old house and tremendously leaking. Window concepts was willing to work within our budget to find a door that met our needs and would blend into the traditional style of our house!
