    The window that was installed is dented, scratched and the trim is not flush. When I pointed out these things to the installer JG he said, "It is better than it was." JG tried to bully me into signing a paper that said "I had no issues". He said the owner will call me which he didn't. Also the shower tub remodel has the cheapest hardware possible. It looked nice in the picture the salesman G.O. showed me. The shower head is tiny and there is no control over the rate of gallons per minute. It comes out full blast which I don't want. Both JG and G.O. stated that that pressure control hardware is not available. Two minutes on the the web sites for Lowes and Home Depot prove otherwise. If "It is better than it was" and being bully and lied to meets your expectations than this is the company for you!

    We had a great experience with Window Concepts. Our sales rep was fun, relatable and very informative. The duration between signing your contract and installation is very reasonable given the customization of the windows and doors. Our house is already staying cooler from summer heat and the windows and door are way sharper and better quality than if we were to have purchased from a local retailer. We highly suggest their screen door with sliding window and retractable screen! Plus we LOVE that our cost is locked so we can continue with the rest of our house next year.

    They were on time, professional, cleaned the premises when the job was complete. They answered all my questions. The hey we’re polite and respectful. Will recommend them to anyone needing this service.

    Completely dissatisfied! Their “professional installers” left cigarette butts everywhere, trash and screws all over the work area. Door was never installed properly-it never latched. Takes forever for someone to come to our rural area to fix it-wind storm came and completely ripped door off-called and spoke to Greg-he told us he was gonna make it right. after many many attempts he quit answering and returning our calls. The worst part is we are still expected to pay on a very expensive door that literally isn’t even usable/or attached. This issue still hasn’t been resolved and we are going on month #3. Left message with owner Greg who is out of the office-

    From the initial sales visit, each step of the process described happened and when it was supposed to happen. The installers were polite, thorough, walked us through the new door, and cleaned up the work area. We are pleased with our new entry door. Thank you Window Concepts for an excellent experience.

    Excellent service and quality products. Install arrived on time to install and left the area immaculate when they were finished. Very friendly and helpful installers, very friendly and helpful sales people. I highly recommend and will come back again with my next project.

    Installers were prompt and very efficient. Barry and Tyler worked well together, were very professional and took time to answer any questions I had. They did a great job with the clean up. My windows look wonderful.
