1 starthe windows they installed are of poor quality. since they installed them I. have had green and black mold on them. they told me to Wipe it off. now with the colder weather. there is ice. on them. I want my money back.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

I am sorry you are having trouble with your windows but we sent did send a service technician in **************** of 2022. We advised you to lower humidity levels in your home to prevent the condensation and clean off the excess water to prevent molding.Review fromMark P

5 starsThe sales presentation was professional and complete and included samples of product features. Of course there was some sales pressure as expected but not overbearing. The install process was remarkably quick from what I had used to, it only took 4 +/- hours to replace 5 windows and a patio door. It was a clean unobtrusive install process. With the cooler weather arriving soon after the install I'm not able to provide a review of the use, such as opening and closing. I am hoping it will be a noticeable difference between the new triple pane windows and the contractor grade windows I had.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

5 starsWe are very happy with our decision to purchase windows from Window Concepts of Minnesota. The purchasing and presentation process was easy and informative. We are happy with the installation timeline from our date of purchase (less than 10 weeks). It was roughly 5 hours from the time the installers arrived until they pulled out of our driveway after having installed 10 windows! They did an amazing job with cleaning up and installing the windows with very minimal touch up painting needed. We will use Window Concepts for any additional window needs in the future!Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

The quality and craftsmanship of the windows and door we ordered are top notch and then installation crew did a fantastic job installing them beautifully in our older St Paul home.
