  Just a nightmare. I ended up with auto approve because I was getting mail advertising I was over paying on my car and THEY could guarantee me a better rate. I thought great so I jumped in. I first started the process with a man. Sent over all mine and my husbands info. Signed all the papers. Sent pay stubs. Gave access to my bank to look at our pay. Turned in everything needed. Then I went to a woman. She finalized everything crossed my T’s. Then I get sent to a lender. They now need ALL the info I sent. Then my title becomes an issue. Then I need to pay for a vin verification ( my car was already registered in the current state I’m in) then I get sent to a whole different company and they need all the info that i already sent. So now this is all and all the 4th time I’m sending paystubs car information and so forth. Just to be told there is an income verification issue? I’m confused. We make 10 times in pay a month of what the car payment is. They already went through the bank and called my employer and took multiple weeks of stubs. So it’s been over a month 5 weeks to be exact I hear nothing. Okay great I made another car payment in this process ( 2 car payments since we started the “refinance”) I can’t reach anyone at auto approve they will not call me back and if they do I’m told income verification issues but they are fixing it it will go through soon. I call the new lender they have no information because they don’t have my information. Call the other lender company that for some reason beyond my knowledge is involved. Nothing can’t reach anyone human that knows anything about this process. Now it’s week 6 no call back paid all this money jumped though so many hoops to not even get a phone call. Extremely stressful. Waste of my time. Do not recommend.

All of our customers are provided with the terms of their new loan before a contract is sent out. Once you move forward with refinancing your vehicle, the cost of refinancing your auto loan includes admin/doc fees, title transfer fees, state fees (if applicable), and the cost of any optional products (e.g., GAP, warranty) you choose to add, all of which are clearly listed and disclosed on the contract that you review and sign. Each customer has the opportunity to review the contract prior to signing.   In the beginning it was a bumpy road, due to some miscommunication with the first loan I was going to accept. I was about to move to a different company to help refinance me. I had Phil reach out not to long after I called to cancel everything, he truly changed my outlook within 24 hours. I have to say if it wasn't for Phil being such an amazing consultant I would have left. Needless to say I was a bit upset from the previous experience. He came in said give me 24 hours and I will get you into a better loan. He contacted me 24 hours later with a better loan and streamlined it, within a week and a half my loan was excepted and transferred. I have to say it was a fantastic experience. I know my case was most likely a 1 off with the issues in the beginning, so I will say im sure most people will not go through as long of a process as I did.i am truly giving this review 5 stars for Phil being the best representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

  Sergio was awesome and made the whole situation much easier! I had never heard of auto approve, but now that I have I'll be for sure recommending them to my friends and family when they need the help I was needing and received!

  Santander really gave us a high interest rate and Auto Approve came through and lowered our interest rate by 7% even though I feel like it should be more :-) thanks a lot

  Should receive no stars. They ask for your data to sell it on the dark web. Not sure how the have an A+ rating with so many complaints. They pull the disappearing act after receiving personal information and documents. Everything is done over the phone. Contradicting emails and text messages are sent about my step in the process. They also give you phone numbers that are not in service.
