      I received a letter in the mail and called to see if this was a good deal or scam. Because of the high prevalence of scams in our society I was extremely stressed going through this process- I was waiting for the other shoe to drop! So far everything that I have done seems legit.

      The main problem I had was each representative that gave me information and what to do the finalize my application laugh out things and I windup going to the UPS office three times because of things that were not told me what to do other than that it was OK I didn’t like The time consuming that was on the phone and then not told everything of what to do to finalize the transition of the loan everyone was friendly and patient and I do appreciate that.

      Nico, is an amazing person. He’s very professional and he is good at selling things.
      That’s NOT a bad thing. He is very personable, an outstanding listener, and uses his own life experiences to sell his product.
      I would buy anything from him as long as it it aligned with what I have going on at the time.
      He deserves a raise.

      Don't waste your time - I got a call from Auto Approve after I looked to refinance an auto loan through LendingTree. I am finding that these organizations just act as brokers and assign you with an indirect lender. Auto Approve was especially annoying as I spoke with my specialist, Daniel ******* several times. They ask so many questions, I'm half concerned my identity has been compromised or I'm going to find a lien against my vehicle. On Thursday 2/13 I was told the loan was approved through a credit union in a neighboring state and I could expect the paperwork on Friday, 2/14. Today 2/17 I'm told they were not able to approve the loan after all. I would be willing to accept that, however, I've spoken with said credit union and was told they did approve the loan and they are happy to just work direct with me. Complete waste of time dealing with Daniel and Auto Approve. My assumption is by not accepting their extended warranty it just isn't worth their time and I get dropped like a hot potato.

      This company is a scam, beware. When I call I can’t even understand what the person on the phone is saying and they were demanding my social security number

      I called inquiring about an auto refinance loan. Phil ****** was my assigned representative and he did a fantastic job. Phil made the process very smooth considering I never had to actually go and sit down with anyone. They were able to get me a better rate and lower my monthly payments. I highly recommend them, and thankyou Phil for everything!

      Someone called me from this company today while I was at work stating I asked about their refinance plans. I never did. She stated that I went online in the middle of the night (while I was sleeping) and filled out sensitive information and asked about quotes. I’m absolutely confused.
      Was my info sold on dark web and this company got my info?! How did they find me? I’m confused and upset. I need to find a way to contact the credit bureaus and get this removed. This is scary! Beware of this company they sound like scammers.
