1 starAuto Approve stuck me with a bank that takes 2-3 days to get back to you. You CANNOT reach them on the phone.
I refinanced my truck 9mths ago, I now need copy of title for work. Called bank 2 days later bank said Auto Approve had title. Called auto approve. First Lady barely spoke English sent me contract (no pic of title in contract) 2nd person said title specialist not in office but would send her an email. Next I called for 3rd time another lady that barely spoke English. She said title was being processed (what does that mean) I asked for supervisor, he was very nice but here I am they closed & I have lost another’s day pay & no one has called or emailed. STAY AWAY!!!

1 starI went to refinance they want me to do it online I said no send me the papers so they sent me a whole stack of papers to sign and have notarized send them back now they tell me I got to notarize a bunch more s*** online for the second part of the contract I said I'm tired of it it's a joke their hoax stay away from themReview fromBernita S
