1 starThis place is a rip off, I asked before I refinanced my car what the fees would be and I was told there were no fees associated. I now owe 4000.00 $ more on my car than I originally did, they told me I’d get money back from my previous gap insurance and the extra warranty I paid and I’m getting back a total of 660.00 $. William R was the person who told me all this information and he’s just a dishonest salesman. I advise you don’t do business with these people, I know owe way more on my car than it’s even worth. Worst decision ever.

Thank you for providing feedback. We reviewed the recorded calls and identified that your Loan Consultant did disclose our fee, and explained that it was financed into the loan. Once you move forward with refinancing your vehicle, the cost of refinancing your auto loan includes admin/doc fees, title transfer fees, state fees (if applicable), and the cost of any optional products (e.g., GAP, warranty) you choose to add, all of which are clearly listed and disclosed on the contract that you review and sign. 1 starTerrible customer service. I will never use this company again. They would send me emails and texts requesting information but when I had questions they would not respond. I would call and leave messages and receive no call back. After my loan was complete they were supposed to help me through the process of getting a refund on my GAP from my previous loan but they did not follow up with me and would not answer any of my emails or texts.
