3 starsThe refinancing was made. But I had a bad feeling overall from a worker of this company who assisted me. Got a feeling I owed him something. I got my refinancing done but overall bad feeling about unhappy/rude stuff. That is why only 3 stars.

3 starsMy percentage that I got was lower than before by 2% but should be around 5-6% based on credit score. They did the bare minimum of just getting you on board. Minimal communication and didn’t tell me where the loan was coming from. As soon as they got me they never spoke to me again and handed everything off to the credit union they got the loan from. It did lower my interest rate but I’d rather have better service. Still trying to figure it all out.Auto Approve, LLC
