      This process was extremely easy. I didnt believe the flyer in the mail at first but I had to inquire after the 4.9% rate they were claiming to be able to do. I was on the phone asking as many questions as possible and running numbers to the point of exhaustion. Their staff was very helpful and patient allowing me to break down every dollar of the loan. In the end it was a no brainer to use auto approve.

      Great experience and would definitely recommend! I gave 4 stars only because there were a couple times where we didn’t receive some email attachments that were needed in order to do what they needed us to do. They corrected this both times pretty quickly. It just held us up a smidge. It was just a little annoying that the same thing happened twice. But I would still use them again. The process was painless and the people were friendly and helpful.

      This was a dream come true!! The support team was very very patient and extremely helpful. They made sure that I understood the transition and the amazing changes in my finances. I felt that they care about how much I was suffering with my prior car payments. It was an awesome experience!!

      Easy to work with, possibly to much contacts in beginning made it confusing on main contact but other than that it was simple and painless.
