5 starsWe had excellent service from Chris and Jared who installed the awning today. The installation was fast and left the area clean. Chris explained how to work the remote as well as the hand crank. The awning looks perfect. We will enjoy the shade in the afternoons!

5 starsWe had our awning installed today. The installers were Dan H. and John S. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. They ran into a wasp nest that we didn't know was under our deck. They carried on despite John being stung by a few of the angry wasps. We felt so bad for them. We absolutely LOVE our awning and look forward to many enjoyable days and evenings on our deck without the sun beating down on us. We highly recommend Sunesta and especially Dan and John.Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

5 starsI LOVE my new awning! Mike M. was the salesperson. He was professional, punctual and explained the many options available. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase right then.
A day later, I had made my decision, but had questions. These were quickly answered by Mike M. and I proceeded to order the awning.
Installation happened on 7/29/2024. Josh S. and Dan H. were the installers. They were professional punctual and walked me through the process of operating the awning. Also, they were bantering back and forth.....funny team!
I will recommend Sunesta to friends/family.Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

5 starsI love my new awning! I will now be able to make more use of my patio in the afternoon. The salesman, Mike was great! He explained everything and showed me samples of each item I had to make a choice about.
The fellows that installed it Chris, Jared & Sam were on time, very upbeat, knowledgeable, and got right to work the awning was installed in no time. They made sure I was happy with the height of the awning and that it was level. They made sure I understood how the equipment worked (remote, wind sensor and hand crank) and that I knew how to change batteries, and answered all my questions, some before I asked them. They went over the paperwork they gave me and gave me the books and information they had for me. They cleaned up behind themselves as well! Great team!Sunesta of the Upper Midwest
