5 starsJon, the sales representative, stated a positive experience with this company. Jon was on time, exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about the awning in which I was interested. He gave his presentation with no pressure and answered my questions professionally.
Chris and Jared, the installers of the awning, were on time, professional and very pleasant. They explained what they were doing during the process and instructed me on how to care for and use my new awning. The awning appears to be of superior quality and the warranty on the product is impressive. I am extremely happy with my purchase!Sunesta of the Upper Midwest
