5 starsJohn S and Jared did a fantastic job installing our awning and showing us how it works and how to take care of it. It started to rain and they got it installed quickly before it poured rain! 5 starsWe had a great experience with the purchase and installation of a motorized awning over our deck. The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable about the product lineup and options. The installation crew of Dan H, Sam, and Will were on time and efficient, very quickly installing the awning perfectly. All representatives were very pleasant and courteous. 5 starsWe purchased an awning from Sunesta on April 26, 2025. Our experience with Sunesta was excellent from our initial meeting with John W***** on April 26, 2025. John took the time to explain the process and our options. We purchased the awning on that day. We were notified on June 2, 2025 by Brian that our awning was ready for installation. The installation was on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The installers John S**** & Jared B. arrived on time and started right away on the installation of our new awning. John & Jared were very polite and very easy to work with and did an excellent job!

5 starsDan H. and Shelby did an exceptional job installing our Sunesta awning. Dan explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very respectful kind and patient.
John ****** was very helpful and patient answering all our questions. He had many helpful recommendations in helping us choose the right options for our deck awning.

Our salesman John W. was very polite and informational on the awning. He was very easy to work with. Our installers were on time and very polite. They installed our awning in no time. Showed us how to operate the control for the awning and explain everything clearly to us. And clean up after the job was done. These guys were a pleasure to have do our job. 5 starsExcellent product and process overall. I especially appreciated the care taken during the installation as we have a commercial grade roof consisting of both metal and shingles. Brian, Chris, Jared and Sam did an excellent job - professional, efficient, competent and friendly. I was also appreciative of the time that took going over how every thing worked - it is very easy but still I appreciated the hands on learning vs. just being handed the manual.Sunesta of the Upper Midwest
