  We had our windows installed this past August and I wanted to wait until the colder months to write the review just to be able to tell the difference they made. We had original wood framed windows in our house that were broken, single pane and drafty. I will break the review into a few different categories:
  The windows themselves:The quality of windows alone is great! We absolutely love the look and feel of the new windows. We also have such a difference with the amount of heat and gas we’ve had to use this winter. Last year I would have to keep my house 5-7 degrees above what I wanted the actual room temperature to be. This year whatever I set the temp at is what it is!
  The sales: we were looking for windows when a sales person stopped by. He was polite, gave us the different price points when we explained what we were looking for, and was very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like he was pushy or trying to sell us stuff we didn’t like (unlike other company reps we had previously) the wait for our windows was a little longer than quoted but it was also when there was a huge supply chain/transportation issue nationwide and during busy season and so we didn’t mind the wait because for us it fit our schedule.
  The installation: I cannot rave about our installer enough! Adam installed our windows pretty much by himself, it did take him 2 days, but he was so meticulous and the work was amazing. I absolutely love the look inside and out. Clean lines, everything matches, just beautiful work. You could really tell he loves what he does! He was also very clean on the worksite and very polite.
  10/10 for the experience of getting our windows installed!

  The Window Store replaced the windows on my 1912 house. We couldn't be happier. Despite supply chain challenges, their team was clear, consistent, and timely, and now we have beautiful, state of the art windows. The difference has been amazing. We have screens now! And no more drafts! The cherry on top is our new bay window + window seat, where I enjoy my morning coffee. Two thumbs up!

  I am a returning customer. The Windows Store installed new windows several years ago and more recently a sliding patio door. Great job both times. Just had a new front door installed and another good job. I would recommend them.

  They were very polite and respectful. As they put the windows in, they would let us know each step and it only took a couple days for the whole house. Love the quality of windows and the service.

  In the last wind and rain storm, the roof shingles were lifted on the house and water got in the house. Got a great quote from The Window Store within days. They came and inspected ALL areas in the house including the attic. They came back and explained everthing during the insurance company inspection. Thanks ****** Within a week of the quote, the new roof was being put on AND in one day. Everyone that we worked with was professional and did an expert job. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thanks everyone at The Window Store.
