      The only reason is a 2 is John the installer was great. But then there's everything else. I asked from the time I got my quote for my kitchen reface job for an itemized bill to make sure I was getting what I was promised. I should have pushed harder to get the itemized reciept and then the job was done. After calling at least 10 different times they said that they can't get an itemized reciept. Nobody has ever asked for one. I find that hard to believe. Also was told during getting the quote that the financing would start when the job was done. Not the case they take half the money when you sign your contract. So 3 months before the job was done the financing started.

      We found The Window Store Inc while at the home improvement store. We loved the quality of their product and choices in refacing our failing cabinets and drawers. Not only did the refacing totally update our kitchen, they installed beautiful heavy duty slide out cabinets and rebuilt our worn out drawers with full extension hardware and soft close door hardware. From start to finish this was a top notch quality job. Definitely much higher quality than the bid from the big box home improvement store. We're 100% happy with our updated kitchen!

      My experience with The Window Store was excellent. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me more than I needed. Our windows arrived on time, and were installed in one day. Communication was very good and the customer service is amazing. I will definitely use The Window Store in the future for any window needs.

      TWS was awesome to work with. It was the most painless process that I've ever dealt with in a made-to-order system. The windows and patio door were ready for us early, and the installation began a very quick 2 weeks later! The installation crew i had had a great working system that made the installation of 5 windows and 1 patio door a 2 day job with great attention to detail on the end product

      We normally don't talk to door to door salesmen but in this case we had already decided we needed to replace our back door. The man happened to catch us at the right time. He wasn't pushy. Just took our name and number and had someone call us. The salesman was very informative. Isaac came and did the measuring. He also did the installing. He did an excellent job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. Today our city inspector came and said it was an excellent job. One of the better ones he has seen installed. He was also happy they replaced/installed new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms.

      We had a picture window and 2 double hung windows replaced with a picture window and sliders. It looks good and is functioning properly. The reduction in wood in the sight lines is appreciated. All things went as they were explained. Staff was courtious and happy to answer any questions.

      The Window Store Inc installed two new exterior doors on my house November 28th and 29th. The doors were custom made based on my requests and were installed with care. The installer was efficient and detail oriented. He asked my opinion if input was required beyond the details outlined in pre-installation documents. I am extremely satisfied with the new doors. They look amazing and are made with better materials than my previous doors, which should help keep out the cold winter breezes.
