  The only reason is a 2 is John the installer was great. But then there's everything else. I asked from the time I got my quote for my kitchen reface job for an itemized bill to make sure I was getting what I was promised. I should have pushed harder to get the itemized reciept and then the job was done. After calling at least 10 different times they said that they can't get an itemized reciept. Nobody has ever asked for one. I find that hard to believe. Also was told during getting the quote that the financing would start when the job was done. Not the case they take half the money when you sign your contract. So 3 months before the job was done the financing started.

  TWS was awesome to work with. It was the most painless process that I've ever dealt with in a made-to-order system. The windows and patio door were ready for us early, and the installation began a very quick 2 weeks later! The installation crew i had had a great working system that made the installation of 5 windows and 1 patio door a 2 day job with great attention to detail on the end product

  We normally don't talk to door to door salesmen but in this case we had already decided we needed to replace our back door. The man happened to catch us at the right time. He wasn't pushy. Just took our name and number and had someone call us. The salesman was very informative. Isaac came and did the measuring. He also did the installing. He did an excellent job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. Today our city inspector came and said it was an excellent job. One of the better ones he has seen installed. He was also happy they replaced/installed new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms.

  We had a picture window and 2 double hung windows replaced with a picture window and sliders. It looks good and is functioning properly. The reduction in wood in the sight lines is appreciated. All things went as they were explained. Staff was courtious and happy to answer any questions.

  The Window Store Inc installed two new exterior doors on my house November 28th and 29th. The doors were custom made based on my requests and were installed with care. The installer was efficient and detail oriented. He asked my opinion if input was required beyond the details outlined in pre-installation documents. I am extremely satisfied with the new doors. They look amazing and are made with better materials than my previous doors, which should help keep out the cold winter breezes.

  They replaced every window in our house, half a few years ago, and the last half was just completed. The whole experience was wonderful, Arlen was so easy to work with to get everything set up and Ron did an amazing job on the install! The older windows look just as perfect as the brand new ones and they are a high quality product. I wouldn’t use anybody else!

  I used the Window Store in two homes now. They did a great job replacing every window in our first home and kept the price the same as we did replacements in two phases over more than a year. Recently they replaced three windows and patio door in our new home; all work was done on time and the installer was very professional. I recommended them to my son for two large windows, he had a good experience as well. I would recommend them for windows.

  To be honest, The Window Store doesn't spend $ on TV, radio, or online marketing and saves money that way. They actually cold-knocked my door and asked if I needed any window improvements/replacements. I said I actually had been considering for awhile, but hadn't pulled the trigger. I set up an appointment and, having replaced 1 other property's windows and also having been through several window companies sales pitches, I knew what I would be looking for. I set up a time, listened to someone explain their specific product, they used to use Alside windows, which I have on another property, and I liked what they had to say. They were inexpensive, but had the same characteristics I was looking for and had gone with in the past. I can only speak for myself, but I am satisfied. I asked for even more of a discount (military discount and discount if I advertise on my lawn for them). I got what discount I could and ended up paying $28k or $29k for the whole 2 story house (3 bedrooms). They even replaced rotting wood on 3 or 4 windows for no extra charge (there would have been extra charge if there was 1 more window's wood frame/sill that had been rotted). They ALSO pointed out 4 cheap shortcuts whatever window company installed windows before took; this was before I purchased the home. Learned even more about windows. Satisfied!

  They replaced our 4 Kitchen windows this year, the whole process went smoothly, and the end result was perfect!! Our kitchen is much warmer with the replacement windows, and we love spending time in our kitchen now. Would use them again.

  We had our kitchen cabinets refaced. Although we had some delays due to construction and style issues, the office staff and the installers were wonderful.
  We love our new cabinets!
