    I was on the phone with a man who answered and I briefly told him I was having a issue with opening a bank account and begin telling me what he assumed the issue was giving me examples like if you did time in prison for ten years well depending on what for a job is not obligated to hire you etc. I told him that was not fully the issue he replied ******* and blind transfered the call. I called back and somehow he answered I said I want to speak to a manager because the last employee was rude, he stated I was not being rude I was telling you what you need to know etc and disconnected the call. This is by far unexceptionable and whoever he is does not need a position in answering phones. This call was Friday December 30, 2022. Please if its Pre recorded please listen to the call
