I am having MAJOR issues with delivery/install with Best Buy. I have made AND confirmed 3 appointments for April 17th, April 24th and April 27th. I made the April 27th FOUR times yesterday, including once with a live agent. All were confirmed via email and text. Within an hour of each confirmation, I receive a text telling me that I need to schedule my appointment. I have missed TWO days of work (because delivery window is 7am-7pm). Last night, I received another text telling me that I need to schedule my appointment. I go on and now MAY 1st is the only availability. I have spoken with live agents and now a SUPERVISOR. "I understand your frustration Ms Carpenter but there is nothing we can do. Our system only allows us to schedule what is available". Well, ALL of these days WERE available and now they are asking me to miss ANOTHER day of work. UPDATE: I have now had to schedule May 1st FOUR times today. Two of which was with a live agent/call center. This is absolutely unacceptable.Review from Sheena D

If I could give a -10 I would. Best Buy in general is the worst company I think I have ever dealt with. The Best Buy in Downingtown Pennsylvania is just as bad as our corporate center. After purchasing a great deal of a refrigerator that was said to be an excellent condition we realize that not only didn’t have handles. It also would not close properly, leaving the freezer at a temperature that would not keep food fresh. We spent 13 days trying to get this rectified with no to little help from the call center. They told us at this point. We had to drive back to Downingtown to get any kind of issues resolved , the manager on duty not only sent us to an employee to deal with the issue. She could care less that we didn’t have a functional fridge and have a dealing with this for almost 2 weeks. She offered no resolution. They were unwilling to rectify the situation, admit false advertising something and excellent condition while it was in a non-working condition , I suggest never purchasing anything from Best Buy because if there is an issue, there is no help. You cannot reach anybody at the stores and are only direct to the call center. The call center cannot talk to anyone in the stores because the phone number is redirect right back to their own call center . Beware yourself the hassle.Review from Jean E

I purchased a washing machine with a 3-year warranty less than 3 years ago. Recently water began spraying inside the control panel, flowing out the front, back, side, and some of the indicator light covers. I called for service and was told someone would be here in about two weeks, and I should hear from someone yesterday. No one called or arrived yesterday, so I called this morning and I was told there was nothing in my record to indicate that anything had been done to schedule an appointment. Water has been sitting in my washer for 12 days now, and I have no idea how much grunge is growing in all the waterlines and tub. Im a very unhappy customer. Still waiting for a call after 13 days.Review from William B

Bought a Thor Range from Best Buy. The Range stopped working after less than 3 months. It has been down for 8 weeks now Thor will not stand behind their products and Best Buy will do nothing to help resolve the problem. Their techs will only work on products that are past the manufacture warranty and still in the extended warranty they sale. Spent $3,500.00 on a Range that neither Best Buy or the manufacture Thor will stand behind.Review from Gabriela K

BEST BUY the worst costumer service. I bought an AirPod online, and asked for it to be delivered to my apartment. and when I received the delivery notification, they took a photo of another apartment and I can prove to the store that it's not my door and that photo, much less my apartment. I opened a complaint and they said they would analyze the case and they sent me an email that the investigation was completed and that they cannot give me a refund or replacement of the product. I purchased a Insignia tv on Amazon website utilizing my ************** credit card, less than two years ogo and still under warranty. Account was paid off in full . Yet my tv started having problems no video just audio. So, I contacted Insignia through their website. Here's some information: .Type of tv: IINSIGNIA NS-50 DF710NA-19 50 - inch smart 4K UHD TV-FIRE TV Model- NS50 DF7100NA19 After more than two hours on the phone with Insignia technical support. They asked for my receipt before they could resolve the problem. That's when I mentioned I paid with my credit card. As result, I had to contact the bill for my statements.That's when I contacted the bank and the bank promised me my bank statements, more than three weeks ago. I was told at the time of asking for the statements 5 to 6 business day. As of today I haven't received any statements from bank or Amazon. This isn't fair.No one wants to take responsibility. BEST BUY (Store #***), located at ******************************************************************. Please pull security camera footage for proof. I arrived at this store on Friday, April 19, 2024 between the hours of 1:20pm and 2:30pm. Video footage of the parking lot will show me arriving in a large Chevrolet Tahoe (black), parking and going inside. Visited to store to have my iPhone upgraded. The phone upgrade/repair desk personnel (particularly one young white female, red hair, and a nose ring in left nostril) refused to allow me to pay cash ($400 approximately), then she refused to take my digital bank debit card, she said several times she would only accept a plastic debit card - not cash, digital bank debit card, or wire transfer.there was a young ************************* standing next to her, appeared to be a trainee because he did say anything (plus he was the only one wearing a name tag). I drove nearly 45 minutes to that store, had to deal with this and left empty handed, then drive another 55 minutes back in rush hour traffic. Also, I went straight to the ******* and they happily took my digital bank debit card and only charged me a little over $239.00 ( with accessories), in contrast to the near $400.00 the young girl at Best Buy claimed it would cost.Review from Lorraine D

I am trying to switch my phone service for m y husband from Verizon to Mint Mobile. I have been on the phone for HOURS trying to reach someone who can tell me how to activate the phone with the Mint Mobile SIM which I have installed....I have been on hold five different times, on three different days, and I hear their aggravating message but cannot get through to anyone. It sounds like someone is coming in but to no avail because I only hear a beep and then it goes back to the crazy-making music and voice telling me this or that. Yet they advertise as selling phones that can be switched. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING OF THEIR PRODUCT. I am trying to switch a nw phone, having destroyed the charge connection with the last phone trying to pry it apart. NEVER BUYA LIVELY JITTERBUG UNLESS YOU ALWAYS WANTTO PAY MORE FOR A PHONE THAT IS ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SWITCH TO MINT MOBILE WITH THIS JITTERBUG PHONE.Review from Elsa P

I bought the Samsung S 23 Ultra at Best Buy, which I lost and they sent me a replacement one which was damaged after 20 days. I took it to the Best Buy store. The manager told me that they sent it broken like that. I have been talking to the insurance since March 28th which told me to send the phone number on April 4th and now it turns out that no one knows where my phone is and no one wants to be responsible for it, they have open more than 30 cases regarding my phone and even As of now, they have not returned my phone or anything elseReview from Stephanie B

Ordered a Best Buy dryer. They took forever, broke it upon installation, took my working dryer away, promised me full refund. That’s okay. I called immediately once I knew they didn’t even call it in to get a replacement. They said I couldn’t get the old one back, never called me to setup up a new one. Wanted to upcharge me to get a more expensive one out sooner. That was their resolution. I am now three weeks without a dryer. I have called multiple times for a full refund that was promised to me. They stole my working dryer.
