    Janruary 17 2024 took truck to mauer chevrolet for routine maintenance, oil change and coolant flush.they did not properly do the coolant flush and blew up my vehicle.i took truck back in the next day to be corrected.it was the coldest days of winter.February 22 2024 truck burning through the oil, Mauer with malice took off rubber air intake hose clamp. which has compromised my trucks engine, allowing debris to bypass the air filter. this was malice, the clamp sits in rubber grooves which would never allow the clamp to come off.i want a new vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Im giving them a 0/5. We were trading 2 vehicles on a new truck. We left the dealer leaving one vehicle behind with every intent of buying the truck but the truck we were buying was on a different lot so had to come back up to pick up, and we had asked about putting on running boards, tono cover and mud flaps which they did. We thought we were getting a great deal to find out we were upside down by a lot so we decided to not do the truck. I called and said we would be up to grab our car, title, 2 keys and a $1000 deposit check. Keep in mind we have not signed anything at this time as we have not even seen the truck at all.we were told they would do nothing with our car until it was officially theres. When we got there they couldnt find our car, or keys. We did get our check and title back after hearing all about how they put all these extra parts on the truck. Alls we put on was basics. Running boards, Tono cover and mud flaps, about $2500 total. And a run around.. after an hour passed I told them I needed to get home and where was our car?? The dealer we had was on vacation and they had no idea. Another 1/2 hour later they found the car but only one set of keys so we have been fighting to get our key back. We did the deal March 18th and no key yet. I told them I want my key back or a new one by this Friday April 5th but no return call or text. I have reached out at least 5 or 6 time with same response, they dont know where it is. S***** car dealership.

    We have contacted the customer to discuss the concerns with the key. We have looked in each of our departments and cannot locate the key here. We have issued a payment to the customer for the estimated amount to cover the cost of a replacement key and programming to resolve the concerns.
