  ***** N came to my door, at first i listened and thought about signing up with Eco Shield, but then he asked me if he could come back to talk and what vehicle to look out for. **** told him that was unprofessional, and not ok to ask perspective customers. About an hour later, ********************* came to my door, and i told him i didn't have a delivery. ***** N came running up to the ********************* guy, and i told him in front of delivery guy that it is not ok to use **** or anyone else's address. I immediately called customer service to make complaint. Please advise Company to properly train sales people. Police should have been called for these two incidents.

  Rich B.Great start! I just dumped a competitor after three years of failure to eliminate pests. Ecoshield showed up the next day with highly skilled and knowledgeable people. They listened to all my problems and were very thorough with a well explained solution. Now time will tell if it will work, and I will give you all an update later. However, I am feeling quite confident based on how meticulous this first treatment was. It certainly was more than just a "Spray and dash and take my cash", which was what the last company did.   I strongly recommend, at least in the ************, ** area. I usually don't give door knockers the time of day, but a young man caught me in the yard. He was super nice, super professional, and we had a black ant problem. We were leaving, so I signed up and they sprayed the exterior the same evening.When the ant problem inside continued, I sent a late night email. I got a call back the next morning. They were super nice in sending a man out (***************). He spent a lot of time in my house, and found the source, a colony under the slider door jam. He sprayed, and got them. He also was thorough in explaining how they build their colonies in rotted wood and suggested I replace the wood under the door. He also sprayed for ********* bees that had been in the eves above my porch.Every person I have dealt with so far with Ecoshield has been super nice and professional. Maybe other people have had problems, but our experience has been 5 out of 5.

  A series of fraudulent charges started hitting my credit card soon after they got my information. I guess I wont be paying them after all because I just shut down the card.

  They have a specific tactic, they will say that your neighbor referred you to them. DON"T FALL FOR IT. There is a specific window that you can get out of this and it will not be easy and once its closed you're locked in at $200 each time whether you want it or not Also....no solution for the bugs you still get them.

  Do not sign contract with this company! A very friendly sales person convinced me I was getting a great deal. Turned out to be way more expensive than I expected. I had issues with ant hills on my property but they wouldnt spray them cause they were more than 50 feet from house. When I signed contract, he said they would take care of them. With one year contract, they want to spray your yard in January when there are no insects. They said they are pet safe, but my dog has had allergy issues ever since they started. *** tried to cancel contract with them twice and their best resolution is I have to pay a $219 fee.
