    Zero stars. The company refuses to cancel our plan after we moved out of the state. We were entirely upfront with the representative when we signed up, letting him know we were planning to move soon. He told us that it was easy to cancel and to just call as soon as we were **********. What a lie.They will not cancel service even after proof of move. They will harass you and tell you that you need to continue service at your new ********** NOT WORK WITH THEM. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

    This company has completely harassed us after we repeatedly canceled. They would show up and service our address then bill us. Not once, but multiple times. We let them know on several occasions our contract is up and we are not moving forward. This did not stop the calls or techs randomly showing up. I do not recommend this tactic or business strategy.

    Salesperson has been to my house three times. *** tried talking to them over our Ring doorbell but they wont respond. Yesterday, I opened the garage door to speak with them. I asked if I could help him and he said his water bottle was empty. Told him I couldnt help him. Asked where he was from and he said, like what country am I from?. So I played his came and asked what COMPANY he was from. He lied and said ********** I knew he was lying because he was laughing. So I said, why are you lying? He laughed and said it was fun. I then said youve been to my house three times now and each time I tried talking to you through the ring doorbell and why didnt he answer. His response was if you were home why didnt you answer the door? Absolutely none of his business. No name tag and lying about where youre from, illegal. He was creepy and rude. Took his pic and posted on city FB site asking about him. So many interactions were the same. Rude, obnoxious, lying, screaming, outright unprofessional. Police were called and will be called if I see him again. He needs to be fired. I was. Told his name is ***** but Im not sure because he didnt tell me that but I do have a very good pic of him.

    Way too expensive compared to other similar companies offering the same. They don't schedule appointments, they tell you when they're coming. By far the WORST IS WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL, they badger and barter to get you to relent. IF you do insist on canceling somehow, they charge you for all future contract services. The contract was supposed to be for a year, however I was locked in for 2 years for some reason. What a RIP OFF, despicable business practices, and customer service. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You'll regret it.

    Service started out good. However customer service reps are deceptive and misleading. Twice I have been told I am not able to postpone or cancel my appts, however I am not under a contract or service agreement. The most recent CSR told me I could postpone 1 month but would be billed regardless after the postponed appt. A simple phone call to reschedule an appointment took 35 minutes only to end when I hung up on *******. She was trying very hard to make me believe I was obligated to keep this appt. This type of deceptive behavior is unacceptable and many people would take the word of the professional of the other end. I asked her to review my contract and still she tried to make me believe I would be charged. My contract was a 24 month agreement which ended early last year. 5 months ago I canceled service with them all together only to find someone treating my yard a month later. While they do have nice service technicians their business style is aggressive and takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. Buyer beware. Read your contract, and read it to them if needed.

    **********: I am not satisfied with the results so far after three applications and want to cancel and strongly request that the cancellation fee of $150 be waived. I don't need the last two 4th and 5th applications. I continue to have many spiders and spider webs, bugs and insects around all windows on the outside that have been treated. Ants come up through my paver walkway after two applications outside this summer. Whatever spray or granules you are applying are not working or effective. It feels like a waste of money.

    Horrible, they swarm our neighborhood constantly and pace up and down the street all day on segways. They keep knocking on the door late in the evening, I've told the many times they are trespassing and they keep coming. The company seems parasitic

    Sales person came by 3 times to my front door with a no soliciting sign clearly displayed, then another when i was grabbing mail and my trash cans. Sales person proceeded to follow me up to my garage and when I told them no I have a pest control service already, kept insisting they service my neighborhood. I can tell you for a fact, nobody where on my street uses this company. I would think the sales person would take my lack of interest as a sign but obviously my non verbal ques were not good enough so it caused them to again come by a 4th time where I then had to become yell at them to leave my property as they are now trespassing. Never have I had such aggressive and relentless solicitor interaction. I will be calling all my neighbors to NOT use this service at all and will be calling the ************* location.
