1 starThey ignore "no soliciting" signs. They go door to door, ring the doorbell and knock aggressively. We live in a time period where we work from home, school from home, and have sleeping babies. Please respect no soliciting signs, they are up for a reason. When you ask to be placed on a "do not contact" list, they say they have no control and someone else will be back next week. 1 starIf I could give a zero star I would. Ecoshield sold the sun, moon and stars. Told us they treated ********* bees and wood boring pests, yet they do not. They can't even spray up to the second level unless you specially request for this and then they have to send a completely separately person at a separate time that is "qualified to climb the ladder." Can't make this stuff up. From then on, everything is done with the Philippines - all of your customer service and personal payment information is all with the Philippines and their very scripted lives. It's a joke. If the guy on the hoverboard shows up at your door - he's a nice guy and could probably sell ice to Eskimos, run the other way! Do not buy from this company. They also drop people off out in the field to walk or hoverboard their way around selling door to door, leaving them without food, water or transportation. They lie, their work is awful, and they outsource everything overseas, including your financial information. They were supposed to have someone from the **** call me to take payment for several weeks and despite my numerous calls to them, no one from the **** has called to take payment. Instead, they sent me a "pay or your going to collections" notice. I canceled service as of today and would never recommend this organization to anyone. The Attorney General should be opening an investigation into this organization and the ******************* should also be looking into their employment practices and treatment of employees.EcoShield Pest Solutions Detroit West, LLC

When it comes to treating areas that require ladder access, we do schedule those visits separately with certified technicians to ensure safety and compliance this policy is communicated during the service agreement process.

1 starExtremely poor customer service. They are excellent at taking your money! After being told on the first phone call that a cancellation fee would be waived due to moving to a condo (confirmed by agent's supervisor), I received a bill for the money. When I called asking for this to be resolved, I was then told that I would have to pay the fee. 1 starI got a knock on the front door from salesperson ****** Who told me they’ve been doing business with our neighbors two doors down (lied). Told me about their service services and how much, had me sign up and texted and emailed agreements. I started to read the text and he was very pushy and said I had to reply back right away or else he would get in trouble from his boss, I could read it and cancel within three days. The line of bullsh!t Brett told me is totally different from what the contract reads. Now, conveniently enough, I can’t get a hold of anyone to cancel the contract. He also told me they are a local company, yeah, but why do they have a PO box out of Las Vegas, Nevada? We gave them the time of day and the sales person lied about the types of chemicals they use, but no mention of all natural chemicals or what type they use on their website. They harass you, they will do anything for a quick ***** I moved out of my home to a different place so I needed to cancel my contract. 1 starDo yourself a favor and AVOID this company. After 6 months of treatments that were either marginally effective or not effective, I told the applicator person to not bother and cancel my service. Now I get billed for the "regular" price for the treatments not done, but on my contract. I did not read the I-pad contract before I signed, but that was not how the salesperson explained it. I was told if I was not satisfied, I could cancel. Which I guess I can...I just need to pay them more than if I would allow them to "complete" the contract.
