            Consumer Portfolio Hired this business to reposes my 2020 Chevrolet Trax with out allowing me the opportunity to retrieve any of my possessions. I was given to the end of the day to make a payment to prevent the repossession but they decided to take the vehicle before the end of that business day even after I made the payment. The driver drove off while I was on the phone with the company attempting to stop the repossession and took my belongings with them. Now I am attempting to retrieve them and they refuse to work around my schedule stating they are only open Tuesdays or Thursdays at a time I have to be at work. Also stating I have 30 days to retrieve them on one of those days. I want them to either ship or bring my belonging to my home if they can not make time outside of my work schedule for me to pick them up. If they can not do that they need to replace every Item or provide funds for me to replace them.
