"This dealership sold us a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee for ****** and we bought from ****** the owner of the shop since he told us its was the best car on the lot and that he took really great care of it as well another instance he mentioned that he would never sell us a faulty car , however in the only one month of having it the car displayed many faulty and safety issues that left us on the street many times and we called to speak about it and he told us to bring it in and we gladly did and we kept it for 4 days with and he promised that the issues were fixed the main issue being the car wont turn on at all and after we took it back it would do the exact same thing after that we asked for our money back then thats when he got very defensive and blamed us for tampering with the vehicle when it was only with him when it was being fixed he then only retuned ****** from the ****** total as a punishment for keeping the car for a about a month barely since some of that time the car was brought back to him and this wasnt a one time occasion, we were returned it to him three separate times and every single time nothing was changed at all , Im sure he played with the miles of the car and sold us a faulty car on purpose, knowing very well that the car had issues , I also have an insider tip that he lets his own son work on vehicles when his son isnt licensed or even of age to be operating on vehicles , Id really like to get the message across to watch out from this shop because if he managed to do this with my own family i cant imagine the amount of other familys hes screwed over and thats absolutely not fair since he very well knew about the cars issues and allows us to take it knowing it was dangerous to drive on a separate note we took it to a different mechanic who drove and checked out the car and told us the car isnt drivable and when we relay that message back to him, he accused us of lying and tampering with the car"
